WHAT HAPPENED AT THE FAIR?




The fair featured overview of all kinds of
assessment tools and projects on a variety of
topics, including SAILS, Circulation, Information
Literacy, Chat Reference, LibQual and Efficacy
of Online v. Face to Face Instruction.

   STAGES OF THEIR RESEARCH. THE PURPOSE OF
 THE STUDY IS TO PROVE THE LIBRARY'S VALUE BY
  MAPPING THE ACRL STANDARDS TO 13 MONTHS
  OF CHAT TRANSCRIPTS. THE POSTER WAS WELL
       RECEIVED BY OUR COLLEAGUES WHO LOOK
FORWARD TO SEEING THE RESULTS OF OUR STUDY.
