The document outlines the culture and values at The Predictive Index (PI). It discusses 7 core values: teamwork, honesty, reliability, energy, action, drive, and scope. For each value, it provides a brief description of what that value means for employees at PI and how it is demonstrated. The values emphasize working as a team, taking ethical actions, communicating clearly, maintaining work-life balance, taking initiative, owning responsibilities, and prioritizing efforts.

Today Netflix is worth $37B and growing. But when the company was started back in 1997, founder Reed Hastings knew he wanted to create a company culture that brought in (and rewarded) the best people for doing great work.

Today we'll look at the 10 most critical take aways from everything that's ever been written about the Netflix company culture. If you want happier, more fulfilled employees then pay close attention.

Packback Culture Deck: Our Purpose and ValuesJessica Tenuta
At Packback...we're curious about curiosity.
We started our business as college students several years ago. As students, the cost of textbooks felt like the BIGGEST issue in education. And don’t get us wrong…textbook prices are a HUGE problem, (like a 7 Billion dollar a year problem in the USA alone). But over years of building this startup, we’ve gotten a glimpse at the bigger picture.
We realized that the key to "improving education", is not some massive overhaul of the system. And it's not just about making things cheaper.
The real problem we realized we wanted to work on was leveraging technology to create a greater focus around specific epistemic curiosity back into the classroom by empowering students to ask effective open-ended questions about their course material.
Somewhere along the way, the real "why" behind education has gotten lost. Many companies have cropped up focused solely on graduation rates and test scores, rather than creating more thoughtful minds. We've become focused on helping more students get "A's" in class, rather than curiosity and empowering our students to ask "Why?"
Packback's Brand Purpose is to awaken and fuel the lifelong curiosity in every student. Not just college students; not just on campus; and not just in the US. We want to be the home for curiosity on the web for every lifelong learner.
This presentation contains our brand purpose, our manifesto, and the 6 operating values we use to coach, make decisions and give feedback at Packback. Our goal in defining our culture was to create the roadmap to success as a company, and as an individual team member, as explicit and unambiguous as possible.
Our brand purpose is our ultimate filter for all business decisions at Packback. Our values are our team operating system. If we are living our purpose and our values, we know that we are heading together in the right direction.
"Culture is simply a shared way of doing something with passion."
We like to think outside the box and we believe in the importance of lateral thinking to create unique and innovative solutions.
Experimentation and innovation stem from an approach that does not stop at technology but looks at the result, the discovery of trends and the ability to imagine the potential.
This is our #ForwardThinking
This is the Confirmit world-wide internal presentation on our mission statement, guiding principles and values. It's important that our customers, employees and suppliers know what to expect...

Having a mission statement, vision, and corporate values are integral to creating a strategy and culture that unites your organization. When you design these in a way that clarifies your strategy, you’ll motivate your employees to take your organization to places it’s never been. The sky is the limit. Next stop? Mars.
In June 2018, The Predictive Index conducted a survey, asking respondents to answer questions about their managers. With 5,103 respondents, it’s the biggest survey of this nature known to us. And the thousands of responses across many industries allow for analyses that home in on various groups while preserving statistical validity.

In world of work, the masters of the universe are usually those who have mastered people skills.
Sometimes, these skills appear to be innate. But don’t be fooled; they can be learned.
The key to interpersonal skill mastery is understanding what makes people tick and adapting your style based on that knowledge. Once you’re able to do that, you’ll gain an upper hand for your career.
All business problems are people problems. And if you become a Jedi master of understanding and customizing your approach based on behavioral understanding, you gain an unfair advantage in your career.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

2. Working at PI
TEAMWORKFocus on the “we,” not the “me.”
We’re a team of A-players who embrace challenges, ask questions, seek
out learning opportunities, and strive to make every contribution count.
We check our egos at the door and support our team members by holding
everyone, including ourselves, equally accountable.
3. Working at PI
HONESTYFollow your moral compass.
We take the ethical high-road and take pride in making decisions that add
the most value for everyone involved–not just for the sake of profits and
growth. We admit defeat, fault, and failure not only to ourselves, but to
others no matter how difficult it may be. When our work is in sync with
our values, we approach the future with confidence together.
4. Working at PI
RELIABILITYBe someone others can count on.
Our team members, partners, and clients can rely on us to
communicate our intentions and goals with the utmost clarity and
transparency. We rely on each other to get stuff done. We swiftly
address issues and how we plan to fix them.
5. Working at PI
ENERGYBe balance, be energized.
At PI, our people are in roles that naturally play to their drives and
strengths. This fuels empowerment, engagement, and energy. We
recognize even the most energized individuals can run out of power. We
encourage you to take the time you need to re-energize so the business
can continue charging forward.
6. Working at PI
ACTIONErrors of action are better than errors of inaction. Be brave.
We are not defined by whom or what we manage, but rather how we get
results. We are all empowered, expected to express our opinions, and to
make decisions that are in best interest of PI. When we see
opportunities, we seize them.
7. Working at PI
DRIVEOwn it.
We are not only driven by the power of PI, but also by a deep-seated
desire in our hearts and minds to make a difference. We yearn for
constructive dialogue and feedback. We believe that every conversation,
interaction, and task counts. We are driven to manage our personal
growth and careers.
8. Working at PI
SCOPEDon’t try to boil the ocean.
We are dreamers, but also pragmatists. We understand the need for
prioritization and focus. It is critical to our success.
