This presentation shows how BCPC can be organized utilizing the community organizing process to ensure functionality and sustainability. The elements of organizing, namely, education and training, organization-building, resource mobilization and people's participation are key. This can be used by social workers and community development workers, who have a good grasp of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and national and local governance structures mandated to protect and promote children's rights.

Community based COVID preparedness (CBCP) 25082021Sudhanshu39
The coronavirus pandemic has shown us a new world where the status quo no longer exists.
•‘The world has seen many crises over the past 30 years, including the Global Financial Crisis of 2007-09. Each has hit human development hard but, overall, development gains accrued globally year-on-year. COVID-19, with its triple hit to health, education, and income, may change this trend.’ UNDP Administrator Achim Steiner
• But the pandemic also shows us the wisdom of what is already inherent in the SDGs; the challenges we face cannot be dealt with in isolation or by a piecemeal approach.
• WHO COVID-19 Strategic Response and Preparedness Plan 2021 also highlights the need for coordinated response to plot a course out of the pandemic.

The fund has recently been launched and the 3-year community projects have only recently started. However, through the particular set-up, the ZRBF constitutes a broad Platform for building resilience in Zimbabwe (noting that the new GCF proposal will also build on this foundation). Importantly, all three engagement areas of ZRBF (1. Evidence; 2. Increased absorptive, adaptive and transformative capacities of at-risk communities; 3. A flexible Crisis modifier built-in have gained substantial trust and go beyond being experimentation spaces for the government and the beneficiaries – they are now becoming drivers of change for UNDP core programming Additionally, ZRBF positions UNDP within the Zimbabwean context to coordinate or jointly coordinate thinking around: SDGs 1,2,5,6 and 13.

How Smart Cities In India Responded to the COVID - 19 Pandemicaakash malhotra
The first step in addressing the pandemic was the Government implementing a complete lockdown. Smart cities post the strongest support in efforts to combat the disease. Technological innovations boosted during the lockdown. Innovative ways to collaborate and respond to the crisis were set in place by forty-five smart cities. Database keeping track of the entire country helped to contain the virus. Smart cities turned their control rooms into a Covid - 19 War room. Smart cities did all the tracing, tracking, updating test and quarantine protocols, managing lockdown, safe access to health systems and making sure helpline operations functioned twenty-four seven. With the spread of the COVID-19 virus and its economic and social blows, the world

for others experience an increase in popularity. In light of this, the NSCC has been
one of the stalwart cooperatives in the region putting out initiatives which respond to
