veterans marching with the Gulf War veterans (George H. W. Bush). President Bush stated that the
Persian Gulf Warwas not fully supported by the soldiers who fought in the war. Gulf War
veterans marched like Vietnam veterans because they also viewed the war as unjustified. Persian
Gulf War veterans would say, American soldiers lost their lives for oil. The first Persian Gulf War
started from August 2, 1990 and ended on February 28, 1991. This war began by the invasion of
Kuwait by Iraq. During this invasion some of the oil fields of Kuwait were set on fire and some of
the oil spilled to the Persian Gulf. The Persian Gulf was the oil supplier for western countries. So

A serial killer can be defined as a person who commits a series of murders, often with no apparent
motive and typically following a characteristic, predictable behavior pattern. (McGraw Hill) While
there have always been serial killers, the 1880 s had some of the most significant. Two of the most
notorious were Jack the Ripper and Lizzie Borden. While neither were convicted for their crimes,
they will both go down in history as some of the world s most brutal killers.
In Whitechapel, London in 1888, an insane serial killer roamed the streets who became known as

provided universal free healthcare coverage for its citizens. Since its enactment, 75% of Brazil s
population now rely on Sistema Гљnico de SaГєde (SUS) as their sole provider of health coverage,
making it the largest public health system in the world (World Health Organization). SUS receives
its funding primarily through federal and local taxation totaling $208 billion (Deliotte).
However, this large amount of spending is not reflected in the quality of healthcare provided to
Brazilians. Brazil has an estimated 2.5 hospital beds per 1,000 citizens and the beds are of bad
quality and are poorly distributed (Deliotte). Brazil s Federal Medical Council conducted a
survey that showed 93% of Brazilians considered the healthcare systems to be either very bad or
mediocre (Deliotte). While more Brazilians have access to healthcare than ever before, the quality
of care does not meet the requirements that would allow the system to be truly effective. Despite its
operational healthcare inefficiencies, Brazil s life expectancy has been rapidly increasing since

airplane was reported to of crashed at 10:15 P.M. Monday night. The passenger plane was
leaving from Beijing, heading for Chongqing. Until the crash happened about five miles from the

write software code to help it break into the iPhone. The opposing side of this argument is lead by
the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The government is concerned that technology s security
