We studied the consumer
journey, and connected with
them across touch points.
1. Welcome Tray – We designed
the first Facebook cookie(an
actual Facebook logo shaped
cookie)
2. Key Cards – Customized key
cards to connect with our
customers and to make them
aware of our online presence.
Bringing our guests onto the social platforms
Bringing walk-in visitors (to restaurant, café)
onto our social media presence
3. Wi-Fi Landing page – Customers
accessing the hotel Wi-Fi were offered a
free upgrade for subscribing to our
updates by just liking the page.
• The initial challenge has been overcome to
a significant extent with over 34,000
check-ins by focussing on integration. The
largest in any single 5-star hotel in India.
• Furthermore, via this activity we were
successfully able to encourage more in-
house guests to join social platforms. This
makes the audience on Facebook more
relevant without any media spends or
targeted advertising.

  • 2. How do we celebrate reaching 50,000 fans while connecting with our guests, our Facebook fans and make sure more of our Facebook fans became our guests and vice versa? Business Challenge
  • 3. Converting guests onto the Facebook page
  • 4. We studied the consumer journey, and connected with them across touch points. 1. Welcome Tray – We designed the first Facebook cookie(an actual Facebook logo shaped cookie) 2. Key Cards – Customized key cards to connect with our customers and to make them aware of our online presence. Bringing our guests onto the social platforms
  • 5. Bringing walk-in visitors (to restaurant, café) onto our social media presence 3. Wi-Fi Landing page – Customers accessing the hotel Wi-Fi were offered a free upgrade for subscribing to our updates by just liking the page.
  • 6. • The initial challenge has been overcome to a significant extent with over 34,000 check-ins by focussing on integration. The largest in any single 5-star hotel in India. • Furthermore, via this activity we were successfully able to encourage more in- house guests to join social platforms. This makes the audience on Facebook more relevant without any media spends or targeted advertising. Impact
