The document summarizes the cell cycle, which consists of interphase, mitosis, and cytokinesis. Mitosis is further divided into prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase where the chromosomes duplicate and are separated into two identical sets. Cytokinesis then forms two daughter cells from the single parent cell, completing the cycle. The cell cycle is necessary for growth and reproduction of multicellular organisms.
this presentation has detailed information on cell cycle. it includes steps as well as how the proteins take part in cell cycle.
i have also added information on some experiments that were carried out.
happy studying :)

a deeply explained process of cell division, for understanding it thoroughly. i tried to put in all the information i knew and collected. i hope it is helpful or you.
It is the presentation on the MEIOSIS phase of the Cell division.
It includes all the details and definitions that are related to the topic of meiosis with the labelled diagrams.
If you have any query or a question, you may ask in the comment box.
thanks.

This is a presentation on the cellular level of reproduction created by reynario c ruiz jr in compliance for his diploma on professional education at cebu normal university college of teacher education
2. Introduction The cell cycle is necessary for all multi-cellular organisms. There are different parts, including interphase, mitosis, and cytokinesis. Mitosis consists of prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. At first, the cell grows and develops. The chromosomes, towards the end of interphase, become visible. They line up along the center of the cell and are attached to spindle fibers. The chromosomes split and are pulled to opposite sides of the cell. They began to cluster and make two new cells. In cytokinesis, two daughter cells form.
3. What you need to know What chromosomes are A structure made of DNA and protein in the nucleus of a eukaryotic cell What mitosis is The process of cell division where the nucleus divides into two nuclei What cell division is The process of one cell dividing into two daughter cells
4. A picture of all the phases... http://www.ba-education.com/dna/mitosis.jpg
5. Interphase The cell grows and develops. Towards the end of this phase, the DNA (with the chromosomes) double. Longest part of cell cycle
7. Metaphase The chromosomes line up across the center. Spindle fibers attach to the center of the chromosome.
8. Anaphase Chromosomes split away from each other. Each half is pulled to opposite sides of the cell. Cell is splitting a bit.
9. Telophase Chromosomes cluster in the center of each new cell. Nuclear membrane begins to form. Cells began separating.
10. Cytokinesis Cytoplasm divides. Two daughter cells form. It has the same number of chromosomes as the parent cell. Each cell starts interphase in the endless cycle.

12. Quiz Q. 1 What happens in prophase? Q. 2 In which phase do the spindle fibers attach to the center of each chromosome? Q.3 What is the last phase in the cycle? (the phase in which the cells completely split) Q. 4 What is the longest part of the cell cycle?
13. Quiz Answers A. 1 Chromosomes are visible, the nuclear membrane and nucleolus vanish. A. 2 Metaphase A. 3 Cytokinesis A. 4 Interphase
14. Conclusion (A brief summary) The cell cycle is the period of time from the beginning of one cell division to the next. There are three phases of the cell cycle is interphase, mitosis, and cytokinesis. Mitosis is divided into four phases, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. In interphase, the cell grows. In mitosis, the nucleus divides. By the end of cytokinesis, two daughter cells form, and interphase starts again.
