A major issues we face today is how un–informed people are on the vaping world also known as e–
cigarettes. For that I have chosen an article called America's vaping revolution: How suspicious
should we really be of the e–cigarette craze by Noah Charney posted on Sunday, Dec 7th, 2014.
This article is about what e–cigarettes are, where they came from and their uses and effects that they
can cause. I'm choosing this article because vaping (smoking E–cigarettes) is something that not a
lot of people understand. Some people believe it is bad for you and that it won't help stop smoking
and that it can still cause health issues. Other things include the cost; some say it cost less than
cigarettes and should e–cigs not be allowed in certain places. Most people are not informed about
vaping on if it's truly harmful or not they just assume it's the same as smoking a cigarettes and that's
all it is but over the years it has changed a lot.
In this article there are three major issues that should be touched on. These three things are things I
find to be wrong. First of all it states that vaping is allowed almost anywhere which is far from true
in anyway. Second it claims that smoking electronically is much less expensive than smoking actual
cigarettes which on most levels is not true. Lastly it says that smoking electronically can be just as
bad for you as smoking an actual cigarette and can cause the same effects as really smoking when

during the early modern period. However, many factors that contributed to the witch craze had been
brewing for several centuries prior, in as early as the 12th century we see the persecution of heresy
by the Medieval Inquisition, which is basically a large–scale model of religious groups suppressing
and killing anyone who does not agree with them, or speaks out against them. This similar type of

Sugar, the thing that makes everything sweet; or so it should more aptly be named: the inescapable
ingredient. Sugar was first added to many non–sweet foods as a substitute for fat. Fat, being viewed
as the enemy was removed from many products as a "healthier option" and to keep that same good
taste, the missing fat was replaced with sugar. Recent research has shown that this decision could
have ultimately been the cause for many of society's modern ailments. The abundance of sugar
present in today's nutritional standards is detrimental to future and present human health.

Most notably, the fat claims have been retracted. Fat is often times not the actual cause of fat
production in the body as well as it is not the source of many diseases that it was thought to cause.
Obviously overabundance of any food can be harmful, but there are other, more immediate culprits.
In fact, healthy fats improve cholesterol levels and lower the risk of heart disease.
Sugar is actually a more direct source of fat production. Before humans discovered refined sugar
and much before they began adding it to such a large percentage of foods, glucose was a difficult
nutrient to find and provide for an everyday diet. In fact, one of the only natural sources before
processed foods was fruit. Fruit is a perfect source of glucose because it also provides fiber which
helps the body to break down sugar and use it as energy to power the vital organs rather than store it
as fat. Other sources of sugar, meaning sugar additives, do not provide the same fiber. And now,
humans are consuming a gross amount of sugar daily, far exceeding the recommended amount each

The biggest culprit of fat production is sugary drinks. Liquids are processed in the liver and sugar
