1. DDiet is a personal choice. The
menu of the diet should be cho-
sen by an individual of his or
her own taste and health point ground.
None can force one to decide for the
selection of food.
W.H.O. has defined: ’A person who physi-
cally, mentally, socially and spiritual-
ly leads a balanced life is
healthy’. So individual’s
choice of food should
be based on fulfill-
ment of complete
health, as guided
by WHO.
Normally, human being
seems to be an omniv-
orous. He takes vegetarian
and non-vegetarian food together. But
does he made for that? Did his internal
physical and psychological system evolve
from natural selection for any specific di-
et? If not then fine, but if so then what is
that distinctiveness?
Physiologically internal facial structure of
carnivorous such as teeth, jaw, muscular
mechanism, etc. are more efficient to bite
and grind hard flesh and bones. Their in-
testine is short to avoid rotting of flesh.
They have strong muscular legs and
nails for hunting and very hot and ag-
gressive. They take water by licking.
Where as the internal and external phys-
ical structure of herbivorous animals are
made for absorbing energy from plants.
Their intestine is large,
where longer periods
of depositing of
plant particles never
gets rotten. They
suck water to drink
and use free strong
tongue to swallow.
The human’s physical
structure is very similar as
of herbivorous animals, so animal
protein is responsible for various dis-
eases. Secondly, to maintain and supply
fleshy diet (animal protein) for human
demand, deforestation and consumption
of water are getting doubled. Thirdly, the
excessive toxin produced by animal diet
decreases the longevity and also cause
of aggressive temperament.
So, diet of balanced psycho-physical
health of human being is vegetarian.

Germany were intelligent and controlling
the economic power and Marxist com-

nce in 1993 Mumbai was
on the volcano of commu-
nal riot. In the evening 9
o’clock one young man of 20-21 years
old ran into a slum area, he was
frightened and rushed in a cottage of
Sajid Alam. Within a while a group of
4-5 armed men reached and shouted
to on Sajid. As soon as Sajid opened
the door, they jumped inside and
asked to hand over the man to them.
Sajid politely told them - ‘there is none
here’. Looking on him, they trusted his
words and left to find him in another.
This was a dry ‘lie’, but at the cost of a
greater cause to save a life. So this
was practically ‘truth’. Thus truth is
that which protects and nurtures our
existence and in contrary, that makes
the crisis of our existence is lie or
false! Dharma is also the same -
which upholds life and growth of all.
If our thinking process, expressions of
words, line of actions are aligned with
truth or follow Dharma, then automati-
cally everything around us gets inte-
grated. Hence a marvelous balance
and equality take in shape.
But when a thought gets conflicted
with the existence of the others or an
action strikes the equilibrium of natu-
ral and social balance and weakens
the foundations of rational and mean-
ingful cultural heritage, then the sys-
tem can’t tolerate. War, warming, epi-
demic, food and water crisis, etc. are
the result of it. This is natural and
social intolerance.
In human relationships ’tolerance’ is a
temper to tolerate the ‘truth’ - the
thought and action which definitely
secures our existence and evolution.
Intellectually often it is difficult to un-
derstand - what is to be done?
But if we find a Master man who is the
living embodiment of the ’truth’, then a
useful decision can be made to avoid
the effects of intolerance!
