dent was in the headlines of all
national leading newspapers. A
young man of 32 years old Udayan Das
became a psychopath killer and murdered
his parents and live-in-partner Aakansha
Sharma. This is a small image of a bigger
world of so many incidences. Why does it
happen?
Terrie Moffitt, an American psychologist in
1993, highlighted the
criminal behaviour in
her research work.
Moffitt's statement of
the theory is one of
the most important
contributions in crimi-
nology.
Dr. Kevin M. Beaver
from Florida State
University and Dr.
Brian B. Boutwell at Sam Houston State
University did a research work on Moffit‟s
theory. They conclude that - "Genetic influ-
ences in 'life-course persistent offending'
were larger than environmental influences.
But for 'abstainers', it was roughly an equal
split. In 'adolescent-limited offenders', the
environment appeared to be higher.”
Dr. J.C. Barnes a criminologist from the
University of Texas at Dallas after a long
analysis of case studies say that - „genes
could be a strong predictor of whether one
strays into a life of crime.‟

arise were the cause of fall of socialism.
Those are: 1. Nature is not classless, and
variations of matters and life do exist in
equilibrium 2. People become „slave‟ under

work, causes the fall of the
economy. 4. Capitalist exploi-
tation is replaced by state‟s
autocratic dictatorship.
Here the solution is in Aryan
Communism. This is based on
long term successfully tested exis-
tential natural laws in Indo-Aryan societies.
It says: 1. The leadership of the fulfiller-the-
best or Seer, that assures total progress
and unity, 2. Protects and nourishes indi-
vidual‟s hereditary characteristics by psy-
chogenic transformation into „Brahmin‟, 3.
Education of eugenics to secure better off-
spring, 4. Promotion of family based small
industries as units on big one to develop
self-reliance, interest, R&D and, exploita-
tion-free socialistic economy; here every-
one becomes owner and labour. 5. Finally
secures human‟s freedom of infinite growth.
PPopularly „Communism‟ word is asso-
ciated with Marxism. Karl Marx, the
German philosopher had formulated
a socialist (base of future communism) politi-
cal-economy, which was first implemented
under the leadership of Lenin in backward
Russia in 1917, and became most advanced
country. But within 70 years the
USSR had fallen and adopted
capitalism, followed by other
socialist countries. In late 90s
Socialist China also adopted
conditional capitalism.
Marxist theory stands on ‟Dialectal
and Historical materialism‟. This has come up
with certain natural laws and there is an at-
tempt to assess the course of social change
based on the theory to reach Communism.
Marx explains about the ‟surplus‟ value
(profit), which is produced by the labours for
the capitalists. He said this ‟profit‟ should be
used for the social-cause and people‟s inter-
est. This is possible if working class takes
over the state-power, through the revolution of
class struggle. Then ‟real‟ equality and peo-
ple‟s-democracy would be established. This is
socialism of ‟no‟ class and finally communism

ew decades back Bengal was
being defined as “What Bengal
thinks today, India thinks tomor-
row.“ One of the greatest Seers of the age
from Bengal 80 years ago said “If Bengal
arises, Bharat will arise and if Bharat rises,
the World will be saved.”
Unfortunately, these practical inspiring
words seem to be irrelevant now. Because
conscious citizens at present don‟t find
those galaxies of thinkers, educators, re-
searchers, writers, leaders from Bengal,
who could lead the nation and direct the
world.
Rising of a state means rising of the peo-
ple. And rising of the people means - when
culturally, educationally, scientifically, in-
dustrially numbers of people grow up for
the becoming of the greater interest in the
wider surroundings.
Once Bengal had produced series of such
high potential personalities and was at the
leading position in nation building. But this
has fallen down and even under the micro-
scope, those are rarely visible! Construc-
tive political leaderships have been re-
placed by destructive selfish leaders. Nour-
ishment of hatred culture is being cultivat-
ed, which affects the people‟s mind. This
even enters into the family life.
In the name of „progressive‟ culture
(thinking, writing, educating, etc.), negation
towards tradition has been developed. This
has ruined even the rational existential
facts of traditions. Those might have been
upholder of the future prospect of mankind.
So in a result, overall those factors have
severely weakened the main pillars of hu-
man existence, and that of Bengal too.
Those are: 1. Conjugal love and family
integrity, 2. Marriage on the laws of eugen-
ics, 3. Scientific foundation of Varnashram,
4. Ideal-centric go-of-life and social unity.
Since these were maintained, social order
and culture of Bengal were elevated and
we were offered great personalities. But
now propaganda in favour of ‟free-culture‟ -
encourages free-mixing and that danger-
ously working in favour of unscientific ran-
dom-selection. It causes more and more
birth of mental and psychic disordered chil-
dren, brings social destructions. So, funda-
mental solution of this great crisis of Ben-
gal is „Marriage-Reformation‟ !
