The AIM Model is a three-stage tool to help educators analyze, intend, and measure their use of digital technology in teaching and learning across six dimensions: investigating, motivating, differentiating, planning, collaborating, and assessing. The first stage involves understanding current practice, the second reflecting on changes and goals, and the third summarizing progress and next steps. Educators map where common tools like YouTube, Prezi, and Kahoot fall within each dimension as an analysis activity.
