electric valve, pneumatic and hydraulic valves, epb sensor, measurement sensor for screw
conveyor discharge gates, metal detector, cutter head break sensors, pressure switches, fire and
smoke detector, etc.
-erector and segment crane radio transmitter and receiver ( basic troubleshooting like
malfunction deadsman joy stick or no communication, no profibus signal etc.)
• Well-known on how to use diagrams and parts list for spare parts withdrawal.

-no communication inside the machine A/F problem: defective fiber optics
-cutter head break A/F: proximity switch not properly installed

-screw conveyor discharge gate not closing properly A/F: full of muck, defective sensor, no pressure
at auxiliary pump, adjustment needed at measurement sensor etc.
