PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE
(INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE):
 Responsible for Instrumentation daily activities that include Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown
Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing, equipment checklist & inspection verification.
 Receive instructions from Supervisor /Engineer about the job including details about the instruments,
withsketches, wiring etc. Select, prepare and assemble tools, measuring equipment and materials for
specific job.
 Be able to carry out work under minimum supervisor per work permit procedure as in an industry.
 Select and inform Supervisor requirement of spare parts, materials and correct tools and equipment
needed for the job.
 Able search required information from Vendor documents and prepare required work permits.
 Carry out preventive and routine maintenance schedule on all units as directed and in accordance with
maintenance procedures. Prepare Work Report for job performed.
 Carry out other similar or related duties, such as observing Company fire and safety regulations,
maintaining the work site in a clean and tidy condition and recording details of the repair or maintenance
carried out in the maintenance log.
 Checking, calibrating, repairing, installation of different kinds of pneumatics and electronics instrument
applied in plant such as orifices, smart transmitters, flow meters, switches, converters, controllers, control
valves, Shut off Valve, Gauges and Solenoid valves and Control Damper.

 Prepares maintenance and inspection report for instruments and equipment found non-conforming.
 Responsible in maintenance of the utility Boilers (T&I ) including its Fuel System, Water Treatment Plant, the
Process Water System, Portable Water Unit, Steam Generation and Distribution System, Condensate System
and the Plant Instrument’s air Control System.
 Responsible in testing calibration and configuration of magnetic, vortex & mass flow meters.
 Performs calibration, testing and installation of pneumatic and electronics Instrumentation which includes
installation of tubing.
 Service, repair, test and calibrate different kind of control valves and its accessories, this includes
changing valves action and packing, seat and plug replacements
 Repair ,overhauling and fabricate some of non-critical electrical / instrument mechanical part as needed.
 Hands-on by using some of fabrication tools including welding, gas cutting, grinder, drill machine, pipe
threader,gasket maker,etc.
 Performed bending of different size of impulse line tubing which is in standard slope and knowledge all

 Inspection, testing, and calibrating of all instrument before installation.
 Installation and mounting of all electrical and pneumatics instrument as per drawing and accordance to client
standard/ NEC/IEC Standard and Intrinsically Safe Standard.
 Good Knowledge and Experienced in tube bending and installation of all instrument impulse line such as: copper
tubing, Stainless Steel tubing, flexible tubing with standard slope.
 Good Knowledge and Experienced in all compression fittings, cable glanding, rack and panel mounting.
 Assigned in all termination/connection from field to control room including Cross Board, Emergency Shutdown
cabinet, Marshalling cabinet and DCS which include continuity testing and loop checking .
 Involved in mounting of all vibration switches for all Steam and Gas Turbine, Motor Blower, Air Compressor which
include laying of extension lead and proximator.
 Good Knowledge and Experienced in fabrication and installation of all required support, hanger, based mounting.
 Involved in loop cheking, Pre Commissioning and commissioning until start-up of the project.
