Electrical & Instrumentation
 Theoretical & practical training in testing, installation, fault finding Calibration and loop
checking on different types process control instruments.
 Calibration , installation & commissioning Experience in Wireless and wired type(Electronics
and Pneumatic) of Pressure, Level /Interface Level(Displacer and Radar type level control),
Flow(ultrasonic, Magnetic ,corolisis and Vortex type flow meter) Temperature Transmitters
and switches according to calibration procedure & hook-up drawings. Made by Rosemount,

 Interconnecting wiring of switch gear room and control room which is include various motor
controls pump controls, power distribution of 24 V DC, 110 VDC 240 VAC etc.

 Can handle pre-commissioning & start up activities including loop check & function testing •
Perform calibration, testing, repair & online maintenance during start -up & pre-commissioning
of Plant, troubleshoot problems of field instruments independently • Conversant with

Pro safe RS ) ,PLC’s Like Allen Bradley, Siemens ,ABB.

 Finalizing the location of instrument and preparation of as-built drawings
 Survey of platform as per the scope for Pre-engineering & Pre-construction.
 Calibration of instruments And certification of same from TPI and CA
(like CEIL,RENA,VELOCI,ABS).
 Supervising Cable laying, cable glanding of appropriate size, termination , assistance to
vendor for commissioning activities.
 Preparation of as built Drawings if needed for various Instrumentation Hook ups & equipment
installation.
 Review P&ID, Instrument index, Instrument/equipment Datasheets, Bulk MTO, cable
schedule/list, junction box drawing, Instrument Hook-up and installation details, Instrument
Location Plan and Cable Routing, Instrument Loop Diagram, verification of isometric drawings
and coordination with other piping and design departments for instruments interface with
equipments
 Studying all the documents related to platform as per the survey reports, other documents
and analyzing the scope of work on each platform.
 Study and Segregation of all documents such as PIDs, Datasheets of instruments ,MIR,
Onshore calibration reports, hookups, Safe charts ,Instrument and JB location layout,, Fire
and Gas layout, Cable and cable tray layout.
