kw/480/60Hz/3ph/.8pf/, medium and low voltage Switchgears, Motor Control Centers and
Variable Frequency Drives for Meren GGCP Platform.
Create Data sheet for Gas Turbine Generators, Diesel Engine Generators, MV / LV
Switchgears, Oil Type and Dry Type Transformers, Motor Control Centers, Motors and
Motor Accessories (VFDs), Cables & distribution boards, Chargers, UPS etc
Review single line diagrams for M.V /L.V Switchgears

Wellhead Control Panel.
Design and recommended three Instrument calibration work bench to the Project
Management for Meren GGCP and Sonam NWP.
Jointly review 3D Model at 30%, 60%, & 90% of the design platform with the Project

Fully responsible for the design of Integrated Control Safety Systems (ICSS) that comprises
Process Control System, Safety Instrumented System, Fire & Gas System, HIPPS Systems
and Control / Shutdown signals from Vendor Packages.
Fully involved in the Project review cycles of controlled documents such as Philosophies,
Strategies, Plans, Procedures, Request For Information (RFIs) Request for Work Estimate
(RWE) P&I Diagrams, Equipment Layout Diagrams, Cause & Effect diagrams, Control
System Diagrams involving 3rd Party Packages.
Carry out FAT & SAT in accordance to company procedures
Verified all 2 years Operational and Commissioning Spares and loaded in the Spare
Authorization Request (SAR) template for easy tracking.
Carried out receiving inspection on all Electrical and Instrument equipment and cross
reference name plate specification with each respective data sheet as per design.
6 years’ experience in Preservation of Equipment from storage phase through Installation
and Commissioning/Start-Up phase as per Project requirements.

Responsibilities:
Actively involved in the hook-up and commissioning of Transmitters, Shutdown Valves,
Blow down Valves and control Valves incompliance to 4-20mA HART Protocol signal and
Electrical Control Panels in the Agbami FPSO.
Approval of technical integrity deviations associated with ICSS system.
Respond to critical process upsets due to sudden breakdown of process Instruments.
Assisted the Maintenance team in giving technical guidance with respect to Maintainability
and Reliability issues.
Participated in preparing Tender bids and seeking clarifications/Evaluations of the bid
packages.
3. Calibrated, commissioned and rectified minor faults on the Instrumentation/Electrical
system of the Annulus Vent Gas Monitoring System, Polymer Control Monitoring and
Manifold in Agbami FPSO Intelligent Well Umbilical Control System
Commissioned the Fire Water Deluge fighting systems in Agbami FPSO and closed out all
A & B punchlist items for this system.
Rectified faults on the Instrumentation Loop of the Bilge Separator during Startup.
Actively involved in changing over from stand by Generators to the main Power Gas
Turbines with the aid of Power Management Systems during Startup.
Effectively managed and controlled all Motor Control Center to the various Equipment
under the Power Management Systems
Re-calibrated to erase some drift errors on the following types of Smart series HART
protocol Transmitters with hand held interface commonunicator such as K-Tek, L& J,
Foxboro, Yokogawa, Honeywell Masoneilan and Rosemount used in measuring pressure
flow, level and temperature during Startup.
Re-validated all Engineering set points on the Data Sheets and simulated all Instruments in
compliance to set points.
Material Management, Inventory Control, Warehousing, and also work with a Team to
develop Criticality Ranking for Spares to be used in SERIP certification through the Stock
Authorization Request (SAR) spreadsheets and for the JDE updates.
Troubleshooting for loss of Instrument signals between the various field Instruments and
the Distributed Control Panels in the Control Room
Rectified faults and re-calibrated Pneumatic Control Valves and Hydraulic Operated Valves
(HOVs), Motorized Operated Valves (MOVs) during Commissioning and Startup.
Handled Pre commissioning and commissioning activities such as loop checking, function
and sequence testing of Instruments with respect to Cause & Effect Chart diagrams.
Carried out functioning testing of Fire and Gas detection system in both the living quarters
