JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER:
- Edited, processed data entry and distribution of raw source documents
- Collected, assorted and verified accuracy of data provided
- Routed data to appropriate staff for follow up and additional review
- Ensured entered data accuracy by comparing with basis documents and identified errors
- Using CAFM System (Computer Aided Facility Management) & Maximo
- Making, preparing & updating daily reports
- Corrected errors according to standard procedures.
- Performing the data entry or recording of all engineering document packages to be used
into the document control system database, updating the document status as per the
day-to-day.
- Scheduling PPM Plans as asset vise, Reporting after PPM for client
- CM (Corrective Maintenance) downloading from MAXIMO
- Updating/closing each task via CAFM system (also in Maximo).
- Providing pending task report and follow-up also made to each concern engineer.
- Sending spare part electronic approval (SPA) via CAFM system and follow-up for the task
with pending spa for approval.

- Analyze and investigate reports from the client about weekly and monthly KPI task report.
This also includes reviewing the Contractor Call Notifications, SPA approval/rejections,
Reallocation/Reassigned task and Task updates mails receiving from the client.
- Coordinate with the helpdesk to ensure the smoothness of the operation.

- Provides monthly callout report (updating the status of each task monthly) which is used in

- Schedules and reschedules (if did not achieve as scheduled) preventative maintenance,
respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency
preparedness plans.
- Supervise the maintenance of any equipment or machinery used by the facility mostly on
MEP system and order repairs when things fail to operate properly. Updating the condition
of the assets once it got repaired, restored or replaced.
- Assist management to develop and evaluate plans for facilities execution
- Update and maintain records to track maintenance and repairs
- Conduct site inspection with senior supervisor and client for the PM/CM of MEP facilities on
certain projects
- Conduct site inspection with safety officer and client for HSE of MEP facilities on certain
projects
- Supervise the team on conducting PPM on site for MEP facilities and ensure the works are
properly done
- Coordinates with the staff that assign on site and give technical support as needed
- Report to the management for some MEP facilities that need repair or replacement
- Ensuring the QA/QC are followed properly and correctly at work site
- Coordinates with the site supervisor on PPM for MEP facilities on certain projects
- Make a before and after photos of MEP facilities that are PPM in order the client to review
and approved in excel format
- Make inspection report of MEP facilities that need to repair or replace with photos and
send to client for review and approved in word format
JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A/C & Mechanical Maintenance
- Install & maintain refrigerators, passive cooling system, window type A/C and Custom built
A/C units for Region’s sites/premises.
- Ensures that all preventive & corrective maintenance tasks related to AC systems &
controls are performed in conformity with the prescribed work methods, quality standards
& safety guidelines.
- Monitors running conditions of various AC machinery and equipment such as Temperature,
pressure etc. to comply with the maintenance requirements of the Section.
- Test and verify alarm status of assigned A/C equipment to comply with routine inspection
requirements & standards.
- Previews drawings, checks the technical data relating to completion and acceptance of
new buildings, examines and reviews with the superiors the installation snags and follows
up as required. Interfaces as required with the Contractor’s field personnel on day to
resolve site issues/concerns.
- Participates in the GSM site surveys and assists in follow-ups.
- Updates & maintains history books of A/C spares, equipments & parts.
- Implements maintenance schedule for all A/C system, equipment, spare, machinery and
parts.
- Ensure regular updating & maintenance of plant history, time cards, fixed asset inventory &
other pertinent records, files and document.
- Carries-out regular preventive or corrective maintenance tasks for assigned mechanical
plant, system or equipment such as chilled water system, domestic water system, pump
system, fuel handling system, smoke management system, fire pump system & elevator
pressurization fans, in accordance with prescribed work procedures & practices.
- Reports significant findings to superiors such as but not limited to mechanical breakdown.
- Checks operational efficiency of chillers
- Demonstrate proficiency in carrying-out non-routine commissioning.
- Coordinate closely with BMS personnel to identify maintenance needs & actions as
appropriate.
- Provides documentation & coordination support for the procurement, deployment &
mobilization of mechanical parts/aids for domestic water, ventilation & water system in
ROB as per requirement.
- Maintains and updates database on mechanical aids/parts/spares/stores to ensure
effective monitoring and control of all mechanical inventory.
- Participates in survey site inspections & provides inputs to ascertain the suitability/viability of
A/C system for GSM sites to determine operational viability of A/C systems and peripheral
equipment.
- Troubleshoots malfunctions of motor control centers, controllers etc. in order to ensure
prompt and reliable maintenance support and carries-out modification works as required.
- Participate in scheduling of monthly preventive maintenance activities.
- Attend to call-out/remote station duties as required outside normal working hours.
- Comply with security and safety guidelines.
- Performs any other related duties as required.

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mechanical Head Technician
- Responsible for the troubleshooting of the airbridges.
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance of all
mechanical and electrical areas of the airbridges.
- Performs maintenance of the hydraulic system of the column.
- Cleaning and lubrication of the motors and drive chain movers.
- Daily and weekly check-up of all electric and PLC system of the airbridges.
- Monitors proper operations of all mechanical and electrical areas of the airbridges.
- Semi-annual hydraulic oil change of the drive column, shut off filter valve remove clean
and reinstall, remove old hydraulic oil and replace new. Replace preassure gauge if
broken after clean surroundings for oil spill and test run.
- Check coupler and sprocket for replacement and put grease before install.
- Check preassure gauge for the hydraulic tunnel up and down operation if needed to be
replace.
- Semi-annual drive mover motor oil change.
- Quarterly lubrication of all grease fittings from rotunda roof for the slut curtain and down
side, rotunda turn table to tunnel bearings up and down to drive mover turn table, caster
wheels, adjustable floor leveler and bridge head slut curtain.
- Replace grease fittings if clogged with new one.
- Check the auto-leveler’s up and down operation.
- Quarterly lubrication of all limits switch cleaning and lubrication.
- Tire changing if tires are already need to be replace and charging using nitrogen,
cleaning and lubrication of tire hub.
- Monthly charging of tires using nitrogen with a preassure of 14.1psi.
- Monthly retightening of tires bolts screw using torque wrench.
- Replacement of tunnel lightings and cleaning of light diffuser.
- Check the wall switch and socket inside airbridges if it’s still operational if not replace.
- Check cable tray and the cables of airbridges tunnel for cable torn and tie wrap, replace
if needed.
- Lubrication of the cable pulley for tunnels forward and backward operation a tension
cable support.
- Monthly cleaning of control panel on rotunda and bridge head control panel and junction
box.
- Check tunnel walls and flooring outlook and repair if needed too.
- Daily test run of the passenger boarding bridges prior to its operation on aircraft flights.
