Tekstong Impormatibo
Ang tekstong impormatibo na kung minsan ay tinatawag na ekspositori, ay isang anyo ng pagpapahayag na naglalayong magpaliwanag at magbigay ng impormasyon.
Kadalasang sinasagot nito ang mga batayang tanong na ano, kailan, saan, sino at paano. Pangunahing layunin ng impormatibong teksto ang magpaliwanag sa mga mambabasa ng anumang paksa na matatagpuan sa tunay na daigdig.
Naglalahad ito ng kwento ng mga tunay na tao o nagpapaliwanag ng mga konseptong nakabatay sa mga tunay na pangyayari. Ang tekstong naratibo ay pagsasalaysay o pagkukuwento ng mga pangyayari sa isang tao o mga tauhan, nangyari sa isang lugar at panahon o sa isang tagpuan nang may maayos na pagkakasunod-sunod mula simula hanggang katapusan.
Pangunahing layunin ng ganitong uri ng teksto ang makapagsalaysay ng mga pangyayaring nakapanlilibang o nakapagbibigay-aliw o say.
