• Definition of communication:
• The English word “Communication” has been
derived from the Latin word “Communis” which means to
share information,ideas,f acts or information. Communication
takes place between two or more persons.
 It is an ongoing process
 It is effective if both the sender and receiver are aware of the
goals of communication.
 Communication is incomplete without feedback from the
receiver.
