The system has been focusing that its customers will have a complete satisfaction when it comes to
layout and construction.
Nypro Inc is a market driven company and thus the company will have to put much focus on the
market and allowing the market to see the company is in the process of making its services and
product more satisfactory to needs of the consumer. The efficiency of the implementation of
navoplast system hinges on the fact that it is a solution to make Nypro competitive.
Competitiveness was not only being against other manufacturing companies but against the
company itself to improve the real potential and the capabilities of Nypro Inc as its answer of
technology.
One of the main issues that Nypro faces is how to compete in the future. Nypro has created a
system where it is able to capitalize on its current market through its various innovation and
alliances with their current customers. Nypro s competitors started being competitive by able to
duplicate their processes .Nypro should not only focus on quality and innovation but should keep a
check on demand and demanding speed. Nypro with its current equipment may not have the
necessary flexibility demanded by the market; it does not allow rapid prototyping. Nypro has an
issue to decide how effectively to utilize the recurrent demands of the market.

Robots Disadvantages
By the year 2050 robots will transform our lives, by being like another family member in the
house and a co worker at work. As well as helping people walk and move. They are learning to
perform surgeries, and delivering food to our bedrooms, which is increasing their efficiency and
practicality, making our lives easier. I know when many people hear the word robots they think
of them as bad because there as been many movies where they are depicted as bad but in fact
robots can help us in many tasks. Robots are being used a lot in our century which will have a
positive impact on the human race. CNN news says that robots have become the norm in numerous
industries. They are right there as many industries that are using robots today. One of the major
ways robots can have a positive impact on the human race is that Robots can save companies time
and money by being able to produce a greater magnitude of products a.nd reduce haggard amount of
wasted materials. Also are they are faster, quicker and more importantly, very accurate. Which will
prevent worker injures. One of the most important places where robots are being introduced are in
hospitals. This will really shape the future of hospitals. They be able to help doctors in the operating
room because they have greater visualization, Enhanced dexterity, and Greater precision. Which
studied to traditional surgery with incisions, robots can make smaller incisions proceed in less pain
and scarring. Robotic surgery allows surgeons to perform complicated surgical tasks through tiny
openings using robotic technology. Surgical robots are self powered, computer controlled devices
that can be programmed to aid in the positioning and manipulation of surgical instruments. This
provides surgeons with better accuracy, flexibility and control. Surgeons at the children s national
medical center have overseen an autonomous robot performing soft tissue surgery, stitching together
a pig s stomach during open surgery and doing so better than a human surgeon. Tony Beldame,
professor of cognitive systems and robotics at Plymouth University states, They are instruments for
the surgeons to use for keyhole surgery, as they offer greater precision than handheld tools,

Comparison Of King John And The Magna Carta
In this essay I will discussing about King John and the Magna Carta. King John otherwise called
John Lackland ruled England for a long time in the Middle Ages. He was born in 24 December
1166 Beaumont Palace, Oxford to Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine, John was the most youthful

unsuccessful battles, requesting higher taxes, this gave numerous haters. John was compelled to
sign the Magna Carta, as a result of his poor choices he made towards England.

Fluconazole
Background/History
Fluconazole is a white, hygroscopic, crystalline powder, and is an orally active bistriazole
antifungal agent.1 The discovery of fluconazole was a milestone in the pharmaceutical industry
because it was the first antifungal drug that could be used both orally for minor infections, and
intravenously for serious systemic infections. The development and use of antifungals continues to
become more of a necessity as the need for protecting immunosuppressed and HIV patients from
developing fungal infections increases.2
Although fungal thrush was recorded to be a fatal disease as early as the 1600s, the development
of antifungals did start until the 1900s ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
These turning points led to the formation of several bis triazoles. The first was a chloroacetyl
derivative, which was reacted with 1,2,4 triazol to yield a ketone, which was then converted to an
epoxide and then opened, resulting in the first bis triazole derivative. The second approach
required converting dichloroacetone to dichloropropanol derivative and reacting it with 1,2,4
triazole, which produced the second bis triazole. These bis triazoles were then synthesized in a
large number of 2 substituted 1,3 bis triazolylpropan 2 ol derivatives. Out of the tested derivatives,
it was found that the 2,4 difluorophenyl analogue was water soluble, meaning it was could be used
intravenously; hence the successful development of fluconazole.2
Chemistry
Fluconazole, which is a systemic triazole, has a molecular weight of 306.27 g/mol. The drug
should be stored in airtight containers at 30В°C. The chemical name for fluconazole is 2 (2,4

the time these people will be within eyesight of an animal, do you ever wonder what they think
we are doing? Just imagine, what if your dog or cat have ever wondered what it would be life to
take a selfie. Well one animal did, Naruto the monkey picked up the camera of a photographer and
snapped a selfie. This led to a big controversy, people were arguing that the selfie copyright
belonged to Naruto, others said it belonged to the photographer, and lastly people said it belonged
in the public domain. Even though it s said the photo should go in the public domain, the
photographer should hold the monkey selfie copyright because Naruto is an animal and Naruto will
not benefit from owning the copyright. The copyright to the monkey selfie should go to David
Slater. Slater said that he spent about ВЈ2,000 on the trip where the incident, which got him the
monkey selfie, happened. Photographers take thousands of pictures hoping to capture one or more
photos that will bring them some income. Seeing as this photo became so famous, Slater lost
income that could have came from him owning the copyright. If Slater would have been given the

Traffic congestion in El Paso County
After the legalization of marijuana in 2012, Colorado s population has jumped from 5,189,876
to 5,907,449 in 2017. Since people are flooding from different states, so is the number of vehicle
has increased dramatically. As a result, there are too many vehicles in the city. In El Paso
County alone, during December 0f 2016 residents registered 576,719 vehicles where as only
508,616 vehicles were registered in 2012. This shows approximate growth rate of cars and
trucks in past four years is 12%. Registrations for all of 2015 were up just 3.8 percent from 2014,
but the total of 26,585 was the highest annual total since 2002 and the fourth highest ever after
2000 02. Due to increase in number of vehicles, traffic congestion has become one of the major
problems in Colorado during recent years. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
People traveling everyday to same place or nearby area and coming back should travel with each
other. In his way hundred vehicles on road can be bring down to twenty vehicles. Organizations
should also motivate and assist such actions of their employees. Consequently, people can save on
fuel, vehicle deterioration, carbon emission, driving inconvenience and journey with friends and
colleagues can be better than travelling alone.
Second solution is public transportation like shuttle, buses, trains, and so on. Using the public
transportation should be made mandatory so that traffic congestion does not spread further and
traffic is well regulated. Security should be tightened on public transportation to ensure safe travel.
It will be cheaper and better means of commuting.
Third solution is public awareness which is very important to solve the problem of traffic
congestion. People can walk short distances instead of using cars. They can also use bikes or
skates. This can save everyone from overcrowded

Bleu stayed focused on the quality of the product. The key to quality, in her mind, was the
ingredients. She strongly believed that the use of all natural chocolate, cream, and butter made
the difference in her chocolates, so only the finest ingredients were used. Preservatives were not
added to the candies, thereby enhancing the high quality taste. To control the quality, candies
were made at the single manufacturing location. Candies were made by hand, the old fashioned
way, and packaged in a distinctive silver box with a blue ribbon in a bow. The silver box with a
blue ribbon bow became a well recognized symbol of Bleu Ribbon Chocolates and the quality
candies they produced; indeed, the box became synonymous with the brand. Mrs. Bleu ran her
business until the 1970s, when she decided to move to Florida with her ailing husband. She sold
the business to a group of local businessmen. The new owners were committed to retaining the
quality and brand reputation that Mrs. Bleu had established throughout her long career. As revenue
fluctuated over the past several years, gross profits consistently declined while costs increased.
Revenue and profit had remained relatively stable, although in 2010 (see Table 1), costs increased,
revenue fell somewhat, and gross profit decreased. Through this turbulent time, Bleu Ribbon has

Frederick Douglass Learning To Read Essay
Frederick Douglass s piece, Learning to Read, explained the firsthand experiences he had as a
young, black boy during the time of slavery and segregation. The struggles he faced and lengths
he took trying to learn how to read and write. Toni Morrison s piece Noble Lecture, was meant to
describe the cruel and oppressive qualities that language can possess, and its effect on others.
Douglass would agree with Morrison s view that language can be used for violence because of
his experiences and struggles he faced while trying to acquire an education. These two pieces,
although similar in the way they explain and see language as oppressive, are from completely
different times. Learning to Read was written in 1845, with the author giving a first hand account
of how he acquired his education and how he views language as a part of life. Conversely, Noble
Lecture was written in 1993. The author is a graduate from Cornell University, writing about her
research about language, including her piece about oppressive language. Although both authors
come from very different backgrounds and time periods, the views that they share about language
can be seen as continuous, considering the similar views with totally different time periods.
Morrison defines language as a platform meant for learning and sharing new ideas and
experiences. Certain types of language, such as racist, sexist and theistic, are meant to be vicious,
cruel and defined by the author as oppressive. Oppressive language, as

Savage Inequalities By Jonathan Kozol
In Savage Inequalities, Jonathan Kozol documents the troubling inequalities within American
public school systems and their various districts. Thus focusing on the savage inequalities between
highly privileged districts and poor districts within these public school systems. From the time
period of 1988 to 1990, Jonathan Kozol visited various public schools in multiple neighborhoods,
including East St. Louis, the Bronx, Chicago, Harlem, Jersey City, and San Antonio. Throughout
the chapters, Kozol describes horrendous conditions within these schools and questions the

In fear of the deteriorating value of education materials to support the appropriate grade levels,
white families flee the public school system to magnet or private school for higher enrichment.
Meanwhile, suburban legislators and Governor Thompson agree that we can t keep throwing
money into a black hole (Kozol, 1988, p. 53). Ultimately, the education at public schools were
thrown aside at the cost of enriching the lives of students in affluent schools. Within the two
districts I researched, Dallas ISD and Highland Park ISD, I found that the gathered median
income from Highland Park is four times that of Dallas ISD. Because of this, Dallas ISD
students are forced to rely on the limited sources of educational materials which are reflected by
the substantially different median income compared to Highland ISD. Additionally, racial divide
amongst the two ISD s is astonishing. In Dallas ISD s only 5.1% of the student body is identified
as white but Highland Park is 85.8%. Meanwhile, the other ethnicities for the two school districts
have the percentages swapped. Having Highland ISD s black, Latino/Hispanic, Asian, or Pacific
ethnicities just below the 15% margin and Dallas ISD s non white ethnicities soaring above 94%,
the clear distinction of racial inequality among these two districts are evident. Comparing these
percentages aligns to Kozol s evaluation of white overpopulation in affluent schools within different
districts such as Highland ISD.

Examples Of Why You Cant Repeat The Past In The Great Gatsby
In the book The Great Gatsby Nick tells Gatsby you can t repeat the past gatsby responds with
Why of course you can! I believe gatsby is wrong in this situation. The Great Gatsby does a very
good job in showing us that gatsby is wrong in many different ways and examples. There are also
many real life that can be used as examples to Gatsby being wrong. Also in life and in the book
there are opportunities where you can repeat the past in a good or bad way. My first example of
why you can t repeat the past is in life emotional states change everyday. In this book you can see
that Gatsby and Daisy are not the same people they were 5 years before when they fell in love.
Gatsby is so in love with daisy that he is blind to the truth that they aren t the same they once
were neither of them. An example of this being true is Gatsby and I in turn leaned down and took
the small reluctant hand. Afterword he kept looking at the child with surprise. I don t think he had
ever really believed in its existence before. (117 Fitzgerald) This shows that Daisy has had a child,
which completely changes someone.Gatsby cannot change such a thing, and nothing will ever be

Why School Should Start Later Essay
Mesut Barazany once said, Your future depends on our dreams, So go to bed . Sleep is vital for
your body, to properly function the next day your body needs rest. When students have to wake
up at six in the morning to get ready for school, they are often tired throughout the day. School
hours need to be changed to a later time in the day. First, students sometimes get overloaded with
homework and may not be able to go to bed until late at night. Also, they may not get the amount
of sleep they need which is not healthy. Lastly, they are usually not as focused while they are in
class, sometimes even falling asleep during a lesson. Homework in general can be difficult for a
student, but when they get multiple assignments from more than one class, it can be overwhelming.
Homework alone can take hours on end to finish without adding after school activities like sports or
business at home. Studying for exams can be even more stressful and may take even longer than
doing homework, making late nights even later. Students have to study in order to get good grades,
but cutting their sleep short will not benefit them.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

It has been pointed out that females are at higher risk in tearing their ACL than males using an
epidemiological approach Beck et al., (2017) insurance billing data of patients six to eighteen
years of age. The data indicated that over the past 20 years, there has seen an annual increase of
2.3% of ACL injuries for both males and females up to the age of sixteen (Beck et al., 2017).
However, Beck et al., (2017) proposed females had a higher injury rate than males.
Males and females contain different concentration of hormones needed to maintain a healthy

Television and Its Effects on Society Over the Past Decades
Since its first appearance in the 1950 s, television has revealed itself to be one of the world s most
influential mediums. Its entrance into the media scene has tossed other mediums, such as the radio
and print media, aside. With at least one television per household in Canada and with the average
Canadian watching about 22.6 hours of TV per week, families are absorbing a great deal of
television content; which includes the good and the bad. However, with the current selection of
television programs, they are more likely to be seeing more of the bad than the good. In addition,

regular humans. The problem is that some mutants want to wipe out the normal human race, while
the X men are a group of mutants trying to exist as normal people do. In order to protect themselves
and normal humans from the evil mutants, they use their special mutant powers to engage in an
ongoing bitter battle, where the one with most powerful mutant defences comes out victorious.
And, hence, the battle between good and evil continues and only the strong will survive.
Unlike mature adults, young children s ability to pass rational judgement is not yet fully
developed; therefore, they are incapable of seeing that, unlike a mere window, television is able
change the view it presents. With the use of sound effects, computer enhancements, and other
special effect techniques television is able to convey any image it wants to portray. These effects
are often used to create grandeur images that incorporate a sense of realism in fictional programs.
The effectiveness of these techniques prevents children from being able to distinguish between
what is real and what is only the special effects of television.

My students could attain the standards and objectives, and this showed through their final scores of
the entire post assessment. I had two students score 10/10 on the post assessment. The rest of the
class was right behind these students. Most students scored points close to 7, 8, and 9 on the post
test. There were only two students who scored poorly on this test. One student, had been absent, the
other student I know I need to work more closely with. Even though these scores were low, they
still improved from their original test score. Overall, students could show attainment of the
standards and objectives, and showed me this through their test results. Students were able to take
what they learned and apply their skills through this test. As I stated above, levels of achievement
were high! My students showed high scores on their posttest with scores such as 7, 8, 9, and 10.
Students who did not score high, still showed growth and improvement from their original scores.
Most students improved immensely from their original scores of the pre test. Pre test scores

Operating Lease, Building, Machinery, And Construction Lease
Businesses own fixed assets (such as plant, building, machinery etc). But, for a business, it is the
use of fixed assets that is important, not the ownership. A business can raise capital through debt or
equity and purchase the fixed assets. Alternative way of using the fixed asset is by leasing them.
Leasingallows a firm to use an asset even though firm does not have capital to buy the asset.
In a lease transaction, there are two parties:
1.Lessee: The user of the leased assets
2.Lessor: The owner of the assets.
Leases can be broadly classified into two categories: Operating lease and Financial lease
Operating Lease
In operating lease, the fundamental rights and responsibilities of ownership are retained by the
lessor. The lessor transfers only the right to use the property to the lessee. At the end of the lease
period, the lessee returns the property to the lessor. The lessee does not assume any risk of
ownership. Thus, operating lease does not affect the balance sheet. The lease expenses are treated as
operating expenses in income statement.
In operating lease, usually lessor maintains the property. The cost of maintenance is built into the
lease payment. Generally the lease contract is written for a period much shorter than the expected
useful life of the asset. The lease contract generally contains cancellation clause that gives the
lessee right to cancel the lease before lease expiry. The lease payment on operating lease can be
structured in two

Proteins And The Membrane
a)It is known that the majority of proteins exist outside the cell. This is because they are
transported via a biosynthetic secretory pathway which is known as the ER Golgi pathway 2. That
is, they are transported from the ER to the Golgi. From the Golgi, the protein(s) are then sent to
their respective locations which can be to the plasma membrane (lining the outside of a cell),
secretory vesicles, or lysosomes 2.
There are certain transport vesicles which exist on the ER exit sites which are are COPII coated2.
The synthesized proteins are first packed into these transport vesicles before being sent to the Golgi
apparatus 2. This process can also be selective 2. That is, it can happen with the help of some
transport signals which are ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The vesicles from the medial Golgi containing the medial resident proteins then fuse with the
previously formed vis Golgi to form a new medial Golgi 2. This process then repeats in the trans
Golgi, forming a new trans Golgi 2. After this, the membrane proteins are finally processed by the
Golgi resident proteins 2. Then, the vesicle which contains the membrane proteins fuses with the
plasma membrane; its final destination 2.
It is suspected that the lumen of the trans Golgi network is responsible for grouping the proteins
into their respective transport vesicles which then carry them to their final destinations 2.
b)It has been found that many proteins are transported to their final destinations in certain
unconventional ways. That is, they do not depend on the ER Golgi pathway for transportation
/secretion because they lack the signal peptides 10.
The four different types of unconventional protein secretion can be categorized based on whether
they are non vesicular or vesicular 10.
(1)Type I and II are non vesicular pathways 10. Type I is said to include self sustained protein
translocation across plasma membrane , which means direct transportation of proteins from the
cytoplasm to the plasma membrane, and type II is described as ABC transport based secretion 10.
(2)Type III and IV are vesicular based pathways 10. Type III includes autophagy based secretion ,
while type IV is for proteins that

Bee Husbandry Has A Long Tradition
Bee husbandry has a long tradition throughout the world, with many areas developing their own
unique practices. Some practices have become so successful in their native region that they have
been imported by other regions to facilitate honey and wax production. One region in particular has
developed technology and techniques without which beekeepingwould have been significantly
retarded in its development. The Carniolan region of Europe, now in Slovenia, formerly in
Yugoslavia and before that the Austro Hungarian Empire, is home to one of the most successful and
rich traditions of Bee husbandry within the sphere of contemporary knowledge. The Slavic people
of Carniola have developed techniques of disease management, revolutionized hive... Show more

This fact alone speaks to the depth of the Slovenian beekeeping tradition, but that is only the
beginning of the story. While the rest of Europe were using the traditional straw skep hive
(Supplementary Figure S1), Carniolan beekeepers were using their wooden bee houses
(Supplementary Figure S2) which contained multiple reusable hives composed of movable frames
(Rojina, 1917). The impact these hives had when Slovenian beekeeper Anton Jansa introduced
them to the broader Austro Hungarian Empire was massive. Apiary production soared, the total
value of Austria s production alone multiplying by five times in a year (Rojina, 1917). Traditional
skep hives were destroyed, and the bee colony along with them, during the harvesting process.
Additionally, they were hotbeds of disease because they could not be opened for inspection or
treatment. The Carniolan hive allowed easy inspection and treatment, as well as permitted
harvesting without destroying the bee colony. These hives were the forerunners of today s most
common hive, the Langstroth. These accomplishments of Carniolan culture were generated by
both the landed gentry and the common farmer, but the main subject of this essay, the painted hive
panels, truly transcended class as a form of expression even the poorest beekeeper could indulge
in. In Slovenia, there is one man whom is celebrated as the greatest beekeeper in history, and his
name is Anton Jansa (1734 1773) (Rojina,

Similarities Between The American Revolution And The...
The Glorious Revolution and The American Revolution had similarities. Each ended with
practically the same thing as each other. They both are just in different times and with different
people. The Glorious Revolution, also known as the 1688 Revolution, basically put an end to
King James II and it started to put a start to religious freedom. King James was a Catholic. He
wanted everyone to worship that religion. In 1687 James created a declaration of indulgence. It
suspended the penal laws against dissenters and recusants against his religion. In April 1688, he
made another declaration of indulgence, saying that every sunday everyone must come to the
church and worship his religion. There were people who tried to petition against him like... Show

It was when Americans escaped Britain to find new land because Britain wouldn t let them
worship the religion they wanted. When this happened Britain came along with them so they
wouldn t get too far away from their authority. Britain made every citizen their pay taxes on
items like tea, clothes, or food. That was when some anarchist did the Boston Tea Party in 1773.
They took out all the tea and dumped it into the ocean. During those times there was a lot of
bloodshed. Patriots or the anarchist were rioting against the redcoats, also known as Britain.
People would try to contact the King of Britain to ask they can stop but each time they asked the
king got harder on them. The king knew that they were having meetings. The king didn t like it
so much where he forced the redcoats into their houses. The people even had to take care of
them. The patriots were still sneaking to meetings. Their was eventually a big war that broke out
that ended the war. It was led by George Washington. They defeated the redcoats. Britain stepped
off of them. It ended with George Washington becoming our very first president. We created our
version of the Bill of Rights. It was signed by plenty of famous people im our history like

Yasser Arafat Research Paper
Yasser Arafat In The Move Toward a Palestinian State
Yasser Arafat was born into a Palestinian family in Egypt in 1929. Even in his early life he began
fighting from age eighteen onwards, first the British, then the Israelis. At the age of thirty he
founded a magazine in 1959 which aimed to create and identity for the Palestinians living in
camps. This was a good way of giving the people publicity and also shows that his original motives
when he was young were good.
As time went on, Arafat s actions began to contradict his early good intentions as he set up Al
Fatah, a guerrilla movement that set up guerrilla cells to launch attacks into Israel. This already

He gained respect for the Palestinian cause.
Apparently realising his tactics were ineffective; in 1974 he opted for a new strategy. He was
allowed to access the UN claiming I have come bearing an olive branch and a freedom fighter s
gun. Do not let the olive branch fall from my hand. This quote sums up Arafat s ambivalence. He
claims he wants peace but if that requires terror, he seems prepared for anything. However the
fact that he mentioned the olive branch, a symbol for peace, gave good publicity for the cause
and this was also the first time a Palestinian had managed to speak to the UN so this was an
important step in the fight for a Palestinian state because there would be a chance for discussion.
In 1982 Israel attacked the Lebanon and Arafat fled. His leadership was weak but the upshot of
the attacks was support gained from various parties. In 1987 Arafat seemed to change his tactics
once more, making him look all the more fickle and unstable. He announced Intifada and at last
respected the right for Israel to exist and renounced terror. At the time this showed that Arafat
wanted to gain international respect and again would allow discussion, the possibility of peace and
a move towards a Palestinian state.
When the Gulf war began in 1990, Arafat made the massive mistake of siding with Saddam

Feminism In Gimba Kakanda s A Letter To My Unborn Daughter
In A Letter to My Unborn Daughter, Gimba Kakanda writes, Sweetheart: This letter is a betrayal
of my previous convictions, and an apology for actually allowing a society of chauvinists to train
my mind into agreeing that the womenfolk are indeed inferior, merely created from our ribs to be
chained into marital slavery. Feminism, as evinced in Kakanda s letter, is a particularly urgent issue
in the genre of world literature. In countries with a history of colonialism, those who are able to
speak and who they speak for are vitally important questions. In fact, many parallels exist between
the colonialism and the oppression of women: language, participation, and land. Because of the
inherent connection postcolonialism and feminism, many... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

To legitimize their claims to ownership of other countries, the colonists used anthropological
theories which increasingly portrayed the peoples of the colonized world as inferior, childlike, or
feminine, incapable of looking after themselves ... and requiring the paternal rule of the west. In
fact, the practice of describing race in gendered terms emphasized the masculinity of colonizers,
while effeminizing the native peoples. This tactic was used in colonial India when the British
officials attempted to pass the Ilbert Bill. This legislation emphasized the stereotypes of the manly
Englishman and the effeminate Bengali babun in order to argue that Indian subjects were not able
to competently decide the fate of Englishmen in criminal cases. In this case, white, British women
defended the Bengalis right and ability to decide legal outcomes. These women, like the Bengali
men, were disqualified from playing an active part in politics. Recognizing their commonality in
situation, the women stood up for the Bengali men and protested the Ilbert Bill.
However, colonist women were not always allies to the native peoples. Postcolonial feminist
literature often uncovers and describes their participation in the system of colonization. The writers

Symbolism In The Faerie Queene
Intentions of The Faerie Queene In The Faerie Queene , Spencer Edmund produces an allegory.
His intention was to relate England in the 1590s to a mythical land in which each character had a
symbolic meaning as well as the events they were undergoing. He lived in an era where Roman
Catholicism was replaced with Protestantismand he dedicated himself to unconsciously teach and
educate his readers the Catholic Churchwas corrupted and was the wrong religion to follow. For
this reason, he gave each character a common role who would relate to anyone in England and
showed the readers how his role in the story symbolized good or evil. The themes he expressed in
his books talked about his interpretation in religion, politics, symbolism, and his dedication to make
his allegoryas influential as possible. As mentioned before, Spencer s feelings about Catholicism
were extremely important because in time, England s religious beliefs represented the aspects and
motivations of the good and evil. Being the reason why England separated from the Catholic
church and formed the Protestant Church, since they defined Catholicism to be evil and dirty.
This is when he decided to share his beliefs and write several books that could be interpreted to
reveal a hidden moral message. It was a genius idea because he described the protagonists to be
knights and princesses as protestants, and the antagonists to be evil snakes and the devil himself
that symbolized the Catholic Church. It is typical to

Service Oriented Design For Interfacing Web Services

Web Services are an every growing and highly useful method of viewing and manipulating
geographic products, however there are several different ways in which to go about interfacing
Web Services. SOAP (Originally Simple Object Access Protocol) and Representational State

SOAP
SOAP first came into being in 1998 after being developed by Microsoft, however, it was not until
SOAP version 1.2 was released in June 2003 that SOAP became a World Wide WebConsortium
(W3C) Recommendation. This is also where SOAP ceased to be known as Simple Object Access
Protocol and remains to this day as SOAP.
The main reason for its development was to supersede some of the older communication
technologies that weren t as effective when being used across the internet such as Distributed
Component Object Model (DCOM) and Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA)
SOAP is a communication protocol that utilises Extensible Mark up Language (XML) to define the
messaging framework and send messages from one application to another via other protocols such
as Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol.
It can be used in conjunction with Web Services Description Language (WSDL). This language
is for the descriptions of web services and how to go about locating and accessing them. As with
SOAP, WSDL is also XML based. WSDL is also a W3C Recommendation.
A SOAP message has four main elements. These elements are an; envelope, header, body, and a
fault element. See Fig 1 for a visual breakdown of the SOAP message structure.
Fig 1: The SOAP Message Structure (Foggon et al, 2003)

Dynamic schemes are more complex and use system information whereas static schemes are bit
simpler and system informations are not used here. Dynamic schemes get changed whenever the
status of the system gets changed. In our paper we have used dynamic schemes for flexibility. In
our model there is a main controller and balancer which gather and analyze each and every
information. We aimed at the public cloud in this load balancing model because public cloud has
enormous nodes with distributed computing resources present in many different locations. In this
model public cloud is being divided into several cloud partitions and when the load and
environment is very large and complex, these partitions simplify the load balancing. Due to its
main controller the cloud can choose suitable partition for the jobs which are arriving whereas
the balancer for each cloud partition chooses the best load balancing strategy Fig: Everything on

Research Paper On Coal
Coal burning for electrical power is a big industry, but it creates a lot of big problems. Coal is
full of carbon dioxide and burning it releases the CO2 into the atmosphere (Overview of
Greenhouse Gases). The coal mining process creates pollution as well. Rubble and debris can end
up in streams and pollute the water (McQuaid)(Pond et al). However, this pollution can be lessened.
Coalmining and burning is an industry that creates large amounts of air and water pollution, but
with proper regulations such as cap and trade programs and Command and Control government
regulations on mining, the damage created by the industry can be reduced.

Command and Control regulations are when the government makes laws and policies that
businesses and individuals must follow (Kear). It is a compulsory method with legal
repercussions if it is not followed. It involves state and federal regulations, guidelines for
enforcement of policies, guidelines for pollution control, firm punishments, and strict timelines
(Kear). The Command and Control regulations I believe should be applied are government
regulations on coal mining. Mountaintop coal removal should be completely banned. It
completely destroys mountain peaks and negatively affects tourism in an area (McQuaid);
therefore, it should be completely outlawed. Another regulation should be land restoration. While
coal industries are required to perform some restoration under the Surface Mining Control and
Reclamation Act (Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act), more restoration should be
done, and enforcement should be more closely monitored. Coal mining causes deforestation
(McQuaid), and coal companies should be held responsible for the trees cut down. Coal mining
companies should have to plant one new tree for every tree cut down during the mining process.
Another issue is debris. Rubble from coal mining operations can completely block streams
(McQuaid. This should also be banned entirely. If debris blocks a stream, operations should be
shut down until the stream is cleaned. Coal operations should also be responsible for treating the
water near a mining site if it gets contained, as coal mining can pollute the water sources around it
(Pond et al.) Coal mining operations should be held responsible for cleaning up the debris and
pollutants created by their operations. In the same vein, coal burning power plants should be
required to clean the water they use in their pipes. This

The Disadvantages Of Homeschooling
Homeschooling is when the parent makes the decision to educate their child at home. This form of
homeschooling has increased over the past few years, but it is not new. According to Robert
Houston Jr and Eugenia Toma(2003), homeschooling has been around since the 17th and 18th
centuries. Homeschooling during those centuries were typically done by wealthy or family that
could afford the price of private tutors. There is a difference between homeschoolingthen and now.
In one of tge supplementary reading this week it state and our country s early history, home
educationwas, in part, due to the lack of available alternatives (Houston and Toma, 2003). In today s
society, unlike earlier history, we are afraid of multiple alternative, but meaning shoes
homeschooling because it fits their family better than other alternatives.
There are a couple of disadvantages for the children being homeschooled. A child that has always
been homeschool might feel lonely. For the students that attended school before and started
homeschooling after attending school might miss their friends and that environment. Richard
Medlin (2000) add students that were in public school that were transitioned to homeschooling how
they felt about the transition. Many of the students that he acts said they miss their friends, so left
out of normal school activities(dances/sports), and felt they might lose touch with scenes normal
kids were interested in. There are also several advantages that parents believe

Results and discussion The observation of five years (From January, 2007 to December, 2011) of
the biomanipulation work done in the lake Nainital for its ecosystem restoration is presented in this
paper. In this approach we attempted to manipulate various levels of the food chain, assuming that
the nutrient input is stable and cannot be reduced to limit the primary production. At the start of the
work important physico chemical and biological parameters were measured to know the present
scenario of the lake. Among physico chemical parameters the water temperature, transparency, total
dissolved solids, dissolved oxygen, total alkalinity, pH, nitrate and phosphate were taken into

Gary Shteyngart s Super Sad True Love Story
A Super Sad Sorry Awful Novel Gary Shteyngart s novel, Super Sad True Love Story was a New

novel has been critically acclaimed and given more good reviews than it truthfully deserves. When
reading a novel one expects the writingto pull you in and captivate you with each turn of the page.
However, this is not one of those novels. Motivation for reading this novel began to slip soon
into the first chapter and my class grade is the only reason I was able to complete the reading.
The novel is meant to be written in satire but throughout the entire book, I only found a select
few lines witty or amusing. There are a few appealing things worth mentioning among the
atrocity that lies between the covers of this novel. Each chapter is written in either a diary entry
or messages and chats. This technique is called epistolary which allows for an interesting look at
each of the main character s voices. Leonard, or Lenny, Abramov is the more expressive of the
two as he often becomes long winded because of his detailed descriptions of what he finds
beautiful. Eunice is on the other side of the spectrum as she is brief and concise. The interesting

Police Body Cameras Pros And Cons
La Ronica Craven
Essay
As technology has been advancing in the last decade, so has the rate of videos being publicized
by citizens of police brutality or any sort of wrongdoing. According to the image Killings by
Police one can see that police brutality or killing rates have been rising between 2000 and 2015
with the justifiable homicides staying steadily low (Bier). They re more likely to be held
accountable for their actions when there s some sort of video footage that allows for analysis. In
recent years the use of police body cameras was introduced into the workforce and may change the
way officers work out in the field. There are so many different aspects that go into interpreting these
video footages which makes it difficult to determine what s actually happening within the footage.

Any type of clear video footage that captures an incident unfold is the best way to know what
actually happened and to get a feel for the situation. Having video footage provides clarity to a
situation and also validates victims or witnesses statements. Thus, the benefits and
disadvantages can be analyzed through the relationships between bystander cell phone footage and
police body video footage. Police body video footage doesn t only benefit the officer, but citizens as
well. Overall, police body cameras benefit all involved because when an individual is aware their
actions and dialogue are being recorded they re more likely to act differently (Police Body
Cameras). As in citizens are less likely to be violent towards an officer and vise versa because it s
hard to discredit live video footage of an event happening. Captured video footage May help

Trickery In The Odyssey
Odysseus, the King of Ithaca is trying to come home, after helping the Greeks win the Trojan
War, by making the plan of the Trojan horse. Odysseus and his men struggle through their 10 year
journey home and only with Odysseus trickery, bravery, and god honoring ways, he is able to
make it back alive. Odysseuson his journey back home goes through some human flawed situations,
but has many heroic moments. Odysseus overcomes these human flaws, making him become an
Epic Hero. Odysseus embodies the Greek value of trickery, when in the battle of Troy and on his
journey back home. Odysseus is in the Trojan War, comes up with the idea to penetrate the wall of
Troy, Odysseus does this by building the hollow Trojan Horse, (with Geeks inside) as a
surrender gift to the Trojan (Homer, Iliad). This plan Odysseus organized was trickery because
the Trojans brought the Greek s Trojan horse into Troy, with Greeks hiding inside the horse, the
Greeks were able to get out of the horse at night and opened the gates, in to Troy. With Odysseus
trickery the Greeks are able to defeat the Trojans and win the Trojan War and bring back Hellen.

Narrative Essay On Christmas Eve
What do you and your family do on Christmas Eve? Do you consider what you do a tradition or
maybe even a basic tradition? On Christmas Eve, most families end the night watching a
Christmas movie or maybe baking some cookies. But my family does not necessarily go by that.
Around ten o clock my cousins and I gather around the top of my grandparents stairs, waiting for a
knock on the door or the sound of bells with our Christmasonesie on. Every year Santa pays a visit
to my grandparents house with gifts for everyone. Once we all get a present we open it up at the
same time, I never saw anyone frowning. I enjoy how my familytradition is still alive and brings
everyone together, and I hope this tradition will be carried on to my own children.
So who is this Santa?? Well really no one knows besides the parents. Let s just say my family
knows a guy. Now that I am no longer a young one , sitting on a unknown mans lap and him
telling you how much you have grown since the last time he has seen me is just a little creepy.
But besides that it is mainly focused on how everyone still follows this tradition and how my
family still gets into it. My grandparents are the ones to organize the night out. That includes food,
the names for secret santa, pictures and of course having santa stop by with a special delivery. So
knowing my grandparents put so much effort into it making sure it is a memorable night for
everyone, makes me realize how important the tradition is to everyone. This

Control Mechanism
Southwest Airlines: Control Mechanisms
Southwest Airlines is a dynamic organization that is researched and studied by many. One reason
for this attention is the positive corporate culture. This culture attracts dynamic people to the
organization who are encouraged to be innovative and grow as leaders while supporting and
promoting the mission of the airline. This culture was established through effective planning,
organizing and leadership. To maintain this culture and the success of the airline, the function of
controlling is critical. Systems must be in place to monitor performance and outcomes to ensure
that organizational goals are being met. When an outcome is not one that is desired, the control
mechanisms are used to address the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Because output is based on derived calculations of input, airlines could include or not include
certain data to make their output look better. Southwest uses a variety of output strategies to
monitor the company s performance and productivity (Owens Ritz, n.d.). The more factors that are
included the more accurate the output results.
The control mechanisms used by Southwest Airlines have been extremely effective and successful
in allowing the airline to respond to any problems or deficiencies whether financial or behavioral.
The control processes implemented by the airline allow it to take corrective action to repair these
deficiencies. For example, employees are expected to deliver exceptional service to both internal
and external customers of the airline. When behavior and work procedures do not meet the
standards, the controls in place allow management to recognize that there is a problem and
corrective action is taken. When an employee meets standards of performance, monitored through
behavior and output controls, they are rewarded with various rewards and incentives. Southwest
Airlines sees that every employee is valuable as an individual but even more valuable when all
employees work as a team accomplishing a common goal (Management Discussion, Feb 1, 2007).
Southwest Airlines has responded well to the control mechanisms in place at the airline. The
corporate culture at the airline breeds new leaders. The people of Southwest Airlines are

What Was The Causes Of Rwanda Genocide
One horrific, though often overlooked, genocide took place in Rwanda, Africa from April to July
1994. The tiny, landlocked country saw mass killings and state sponsored hatred of the Tutsi
people by the Hutu. Rwanda was divided into three major clans the Tutsi, which made up about
15% of the population and were the paler group favored by the English and Belgian colonists, and
therefore were originally chosen to rule the country after the European takeover. This greatly
angered the Hutus, about 84% of the population, (the Twa, the third group, were only 1% of
Rwandans, didn t have much to do with the genocide), so they were eventually given the ability to
gain professional political positions as well, a right that had been taken away with the

Sam And Kat And Jo
There was me and my three best friends in the entire world Sam and Kat and Jo. We had a group
of friends, which we called the group. The only thing you need to know about the group is that: 1.
We were separated into the guys and us the girls, and 2. Is that we did everything together. Our
favorite activity included sleepovers and playing monster pong, our version of beer pong without
the alcohol. However, this story is just about the girls of the group. There is, Sam was the brains of
the friendship. Straight A s are not enough; she wants straight 100 s. It s funny though, because she
is the biggest procrastinator I know which is saying something coming from me. She gets her work
done, though even if she has to stay up all night.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She wasn t always the nicest to others, but we tried to keep her in check. She is very hard to
read, which made it hard to determine how she would react to things. She was always the one
who didn t really fit in with us. Maybe it s just me, but everybody seemed to secretly dislike her
personality. Probably because she would always make us feel like crap by putting us down.
Then there was me. I am a mix of all their personalities mixed. I am very outgoing. I procrastinate
like the due date is in three years. I am very sensitive; although, I would never admit it to
anybody. I try my very hardest to be nice to everybody, but sometimes my temper gets the best of
me. We had the best summer this past year. All four of us basically lived at each other s houses.
We were at the pool almost every day, and if we were not at the pool we were lying in bed
watching movies. This was the happiest I had ever been. We were all just genuinely happy.
Towards the end of the summer, Kat, Sam and I were hanging out a lot more and starting to keep
our distance from Jo. Once school started the three of us really started hanging out a lot more and
we had our own group message. We never saw Jo any more because none of us had classes with
her. Soon she started to notice and would just text us things like missing you guys and we need to
hang out, I feel like we never talk anymore. Us three would always give her one word responses
and never really show interest. Even though we

The Red Gaze Essay
Portraits are drawn for a reason by the artist, whether it is to send a hidden message or to hold a
memory intact. In the painting The Red Gaze by Arnold Schoenburg (1910), there seems to be a
painting of a face right on the center of the portrait with redness surrounding the eyes. The
Schoenburg clearly drew this paintingto depict his feelings toward a time in his life where he was
most troubled and was stuck between a difficult decision. Moreover, this painting depicts tone, color
, and setting, in which all the elements describe change as a painful process and how it often
makes the person feel lost in the sense of not knowing whether to accept change. The idea of tone
is depicted within the portrait through symbolism of the gaping mouth in awe. Additionally, when
a person is in shock, they tend to drop their mouth s in astonishment, whether the person is in a
happy or sad mood. However, in this scenario the viewer can clearly depict that the usage of the
color red around the eyes and the mouth gaping open, is that this face is clearly dealing with a
struggle. When a struggle is presented, the situation can be confusing at times because usually a
struggle means that there is a... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Setting is an important depiction in this painting because of the position of the face. Additionally,
the face rests in the middle of the painting, and the discussion of the redness around the eyes and
the mouth gaping open has already been addressed restating that the face is directly in the center
of the painting. This can be interpreted as a visual symbol that perhaps the face is stuck in the
middle of a decision and does not know which path to take. Once again, integrating the idea of the
old classical music and the unwelcoming presence of the new contemporary music. This face is
clearly stuck in the middle of the decision and is longing in pain to understand why this change

The Epic of Gilgamesh is one of the earliest known literary works around the world. It originated
from ancient Mesopotamia and first originated as a series of Sumerian legends and poems in
cuneiform script dating back to the early third and late second millennium BCE, which were
lather gathered into a longer Akkadian poem. (Classical Literature). The poem follows Gilgamesh
and Enkidu, who is Gilgamesh s wild friend who seemed to be half man and half animal, as they
travel through numerous amounts of rambunctious adventures and quests. The Gods created
Enkidu to make sure Gilgamesh walked the line straight and did not cause too large of an uproar
in Uruk where Gilgamesh was king. After, Enkidu s death the story turns to follow Gilgamesh on
the quest of finding eternal life after he realizes that even though he is two thirds God and one third

The Transformation Of Deportation Of Mass Extermination
Robert Smith History 345 A TA Washnis 12/5/14 The Transformation from Deportation to Mass
Extermination The legacy the Second World War is often inundated in a series of disparagements,
condemnations, and outright disgust against the perpetrators of the industrial scale mass murder
that was the Holocaust. This provides both positive and negative outcomes for those who seek to
study the Holocaust and understand it from all angles. The demonization of key Nazi luminaries
like Hitler and Himmler are highly appropriate given their ruthless and inhumane actions against
European Jewry, ethnic minorities, their own German citizenry, and an international global
standard of morality. Their reputations for inhumanity are well deserved. Nonetheless,... Show more

Ultimately, these men in addition to Nazi collaborators, everyday people doing their duty, and
Hitler s military machine were responsible for engineering the Holocaust. How did the goals
change from expulsion to mass extermination? The answer is that unless Nazi ideology were to
change, the contingencies of war made it a necessity. Germany and the Nazi regime had an
expansive outline for the execution of their goals. A predominant force in their agenda was the
notion of Judenpolitik, or how they would approach the treatment of European Jewry. The Nazis
had drawn up plans for the island of Madagascar to house Europe s Jews, however, given the
constraints of mass populations management, the Nazis settled for Ghettos as a provisional
measure. The vehicle for dealing with the Jews in the early stages of the war was through a system
of segregation in Europe, coined Ghettoization. These quasi internment camps acted as the Nazis
main device to control the Jewish population, just short of exterminating them. In fact, the Nazis
always strived to be rid of the Jewish population, however the jump from the notion of deportation
to the wanton destruction of millions of lives through mass shootings, gassings, and savage work
details was abrupt. Additionally, the fact that often the Germans were aided by collaborators in the
lands they invaded should make

But, for a business, it is the use of fixed assets that is important, not the ownership. A business can raise capital through debt or equity and purchase the fixed assets. Alternative way of using the fixed asset is by leasing them. Leasingallows a firm to use an asset even though firm does not have capital to buy the asset. In a lease transaction, there are two parties: 1.Lessee: The user of the leased assets 2.Lessor: The owner of the assets. Leases can be broadly classified into two categories: Operating lease and Financial lease Operating Lease In operating lease, the fundamental rights and responsibilities of ownership are retained by the lessor. The lessor transfers only the right to use the property to the lessee. At the end of the lease period, the lessee returns the property to the lessor. The lessee does not assume any risk of ownership. Thus, operating lease does not affect the balance sheet. The lease expenses are treated as operating expenses in income statement. In operating lease, usually lessor maintains the property. Some practices have become so successful in their native region that they have been imported by other regions to facilitate honey and wax production. One region in particular has developed technology and techniques without which beekeepingwould have been significantly retarded in its development. The Carniolan region of Europe, now in Slovenia, formerly in Yugoslavia and before that the Austro Hungarian Empire, is home to one of the most successful and rich traditions of Bee husbandry within the sphere of contemporary knowledge. This fact alone speaks to the depth of the Slovenian beekeeping tradition, but that is only the beginning of the story. While the rest of Europe were using the traditional straw skep hive (Supplementary Figure S1), Carniolan beekeepers were using their wooden bee houses (Supplementary Figure S2) which contained multiple reusable hives composed of movable frames (Rojina, 1917). The impact these hives had when Slovenian beekeeper Anton Jansa introduced them to the broader Austro Hungarian Empire was massive. Apiary production soared, the total value of Austria s production alone multiplying by five times in a year (Rojina, 1917). Traditional skep hives were destroyed, and the bee colony along with them, during the harvesting process. Additionally, they were hotbeds of disease because they could not be opened for inspection or treatment. The Carniolan hive allowed easy inspection and treatment, as well as permitted harvesting without destroying the bee colony. These hives were the forerunners of today s most common hive, the Langstroth. These accomplishments of Carniolan culture were generated by both the landed gentry and the common farmer, but the main subject of this essay, the painted hive panels, truly transcended class as a form of expression even the poorest beekeeper could indulge in. They both are just in different times and with different people. The Glorious Revolution, also known as the 1688 Revolution, basically put an end to King James II and it started to put a start to religious freedom. King James was a Catholic. He wanted everyone to worship that religion. In 1687 James created a declaration of indulgence. It suspended the penal laws against dissenters and recusants against his religion. In April 1688, he made another declaration of indulgence, saying that every sunday everyone must come to the church and worship his religion. His intention was to relate England in the 1590s to a mythical land in which each character had a symbolic meaning as well as the events they were undergoing. He lived in an era where Roman Catholicism was replaced with Protestantismand he dedicated himself to unconsciously teach and educate his readers the Catholic Churchwas corrupted and was the wrong religion to follow. For this reason, he gave each character a common role who would relate to anyone in England and showed the readers how his role in the story symbolized good or evil. The themes he expressed in his books talked about his interpretation in religion, politics, symbolism, and his dedication to make his allegoryas influential as possible. As mentioned before, Spencer s feelings about Catholicism were extremely important because in time, England s religious beliefs represented the aspects and motivations of the good and evil. Being the reason why England separated from the Catholic church and formed the Protestant Church, since they defined Catholicism to be evil and dirty. This is when he decided to share his beliefs and write several books that could be interpreted to reveal a hidden moral message. The Command and Control regulations I believe should be applied are government regulations on coal mining. Mountaintop coal removal should be completely banned. It completely destroys mountain peaks and negatively affects tourism in an area (McQuaid); therefore, it should be completely outlawed. Another regulation should be land restoration. While coal industries are required to perform some restoration under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act (Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act), more restoration should be done, and enforcement should be more closely monitored. But besides that it is mainly focused on how everyone still follows this tradition and how my family still gets into it. My grandparents are the ones to organize the night out. That includes food, the names for secret santa, pictures and of course having santa stop by with a special delivery. So knowing my grandparents put so much effort into it making sure it is a memorable night for everyone, makes me realize how important the tradition is to everyone. This ... Because output is based on derived calculations of input, airlines could include or not include certain data to make their output look better. Southwest uses a variety of output strategies to monitor the company s performance and productivity (Owens Ritz, n.d.). The more factors that are included the more accurate the output results. The control mechanisms used by Southwest Airlines have been extremely effective and successful in allowing the airline to respond to any problems or deficiencies whether financial or behavioral. The control processes implemented by the airline allow it to take corrective action to repair these deficiencies. For example, employees are expected to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers of the airline. When behavior and work procedures do not meet the standards, the controls in place allow management to recognize that there is a problem and corrective action is taken. When an employee meets standards of performance, monitored through behavior and output controls, they are rewarded with various rewards and incentives. Southwest Airlines sees that every employee is valuable as an individual but even more valuable when all employees work as a team accomplishing a common goal (Management Discussion, Feb 1, 2007). Southwest Airlines has responded well to the control mechanisms in place at the airline. The corporate culture at the airline breeds new leaders. The people of Southwest Airlines are ... • 43. What Was The Causes Of Rwanda Genocide One horrific, though often overlooked, genocide took place in Rwanda, Africa from April to July 1994. The tiny, landlocked country saw mass killings and state sponsored hatred of the Tutsi people by the Hutu. Rwanda was divided into three major clans the Tutsi, which made up about 15% of the population and were the paler group favored by the English and Belgian colonists, and therefore were originally chosen to rule the country after the European takeover. This greatly angered the Hutus, about 84% of the population, (the Twa, the third group, were only 1% of Rwandans, didn t have much to do with the genocide), so they were eventually given the ability to gain professional political positions as well, a right that had been taken away with the ... • 44. Sam And Kat And Jo There was me and my three best friends in the entire world Sam and Kat and Jo. We had a group of friends, which we called the group. The only thing you need to know about the group is that: 1. We were separated into the guys and us the girls, and 2. Is that we did everything together. Our favorite activity included sleepovers and playing monster pong, our version of beer pong without the alcohol. However, this story is just about the girls of the group. There is, Sam was the brains of the friendship. Straight A s are not enough; she wants straight 100 s. It s funny though, because she is the biggest procrastinator I know which is saying something coming from me. She gets her work done, though even if she has to stay up all night.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... She wasn t always the nicest to others, but we tried to keep her in check. She is very hard to read, which made it hard to determine how she would react to things. She was always the one who didn t really fit in with us. Maybe it s just me, but everybody seemed to secretly dislike her personality. Probably because she would always make us feel like crap by putting us down. Then there was me. I am a mix of all their personalities mixed. I am very outgoing. I procrastinate like the due date is in three years. I am very sensitive; although, I would never admit it to anybody. I try my very hardest to be nice to everybody, but sometimes my temper gets the best of me. We had the best summer this past year. All four of us basically lived at each other s houses. We were at the pool almost every day, and if we were not at the pool we were lying in bed watching movies. This was the happiest I had ever been. We were all just genuinely happy. Towards the end of the summer, Kat, Sam and I were hanging out a lot more and starting to keep our distance from Jo. Once school started the three of us really started hanging out a lot more and we had our own group message. We never saw Jo any more because none of us had classes with her. Soon she started to notice and would just text us things like missing you guys and we need to hang out, I feel like we never talk anymore. Us three would always give her one word responses and never really show interest. Even though we ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 45. The Red Gaze Essay Portraits are drawn for a reason by the artist, whether it is to send a hidden message or to hold a memory intact. In the painting The Red Gaze by Arnold Schoenburg (1910), there seems to be a painting of a face right on the center of the portrait with redness surrounding the eyes. The Schoenburg clearly drew this paintingto depict his feelings toward a time in his life where he was most troubled and was stuck between a difficult decision. Moreover, this painting depicts tone, color , and setting, in which all the elements describe change as a painful process and how it often makes the person feel lost in the sense of not knowing whether to accept change. The idea of tone is depicted within the portrait through symbolism of the gaping mouth in awe. Additionally, when a person is in shock, they tend to drop their mouth s in astonishment, whether the person is in a happy or sad mood. However, in this scenario the viewer can clearly depict that the usage of the color red around the eyes and the mouth gaping open, is that this face is clearly dealing with a struggle. When a struggle is presented, the situation can be confusing at times because usually a struggle means that there is a... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Setting is an important depiction in this painting because of the position of the face. Additionally, the face rests in the middle of the painting, and the discussion of the redness around the eyes and the mouth gaping open has already been addressed restating that the face is directly in the center of the painting. This can be interpreted as a visual symbol that perhaps the face is stuck in the middle of a decision and does not know which path to take. Once again, integrating the idea of the old classical music and the unwelcoming presence of the new contemporary music. This face is clearly stuck in the middle of the decision and is longing in pain to understand why this change ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 47. The Transformation Of Deportation Of Mass Extermination Robert Smith History 345 A TA Washnis 12/5/14 The Transformation from Deportation to Mass Extermination The legacy the Second World War is often inundated in a series of disparagements, condemnations, and outright disgust against the perpetrators of the industrial scale mass murder that was the Holocaust. This provides both positive and negative outcomes for those who seek to study the Holocaust and understand it from all angles. The demonization of key Nazi luminaries like Hitler and Himmler are highly appropriate given their ruthless and inhumane actions against European Jewry, ethnic minorities, their own German citizenry, and an international global standard of morality. Their reputations for inhumanity are well deserved. Nonetheless,... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Ultimately, these men in addition to Nazi collaborators, everyday people doing their duty, and Hitler s military machine were responsible for engineering the Holocaust. How did the goals change from expulsion to mass extermination? The answer is that unless Nazi ideology were to change, the contingencies of war made it a necessity. Germany and the Nazi regime had an expansive outline for the execution of their goals. A predominant force in their agenda was the notion of Judenpolitik, or how they would approach the treatment of European Jewry. The Nazis had drawn up plans for the island of Madagascar to house Europe s Jews, however, given the constraints of mass populations management, the Nazis settled for Ghettos as a provisional measure. The vehicle for dealing with the Jews in the early stages of the war was through a system of segregation in Europe, coined Ghettoization. These quasi internment camps acted as the Nazis main device to control the Jewish population, just short of exterminating them. In fact, the Nazis always strived to be rid of the Jewish population, however the jump from the notion of deportation to the wanton destruction of millions of lives through mass shootings, gassings, and savage work details was abrupt. Additionally, the fact that often the Germans were aided by collaborators in the lands they invaded should make ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
