Locations
In terms of lacations, there were many locations that I found to be perfect
for this magazine. The first location I believe represents quite an urban
environment which is then main idea with the genre of hip-hop as that
is the type of image that the genre expresses. It looks quite run-down as well
which may be good for getting certain messages across but in some cases may
not be the best for certain artists in this genre due to their popularity.
Locations
The location that you can see here is the field. This is one of the
locations which I prefer the most due to the fact that it is quite
open so that I have the option to experiment with different camera
shots and angles and finally, it will most likely have good lighting so I won't
necessarily have to mess around with that.
Locations
Again, this is also one of my most liked location/image. The reason for
this is that it is quite dark and slightly depressing which may be good
for setting the mood of the image so that it has a deeper meaning.
Although I've said I wouldn't want to mess around with lighting, in this
location the lighting is naturally quite dark so I may want to use some of
the lighting equipment to have a certain effect or I may want to keep the
lighting natural anyway
Locations
I felt that this was a good location to use because of two things,
the shadow and the spiral staircase. The reason for the shadow
is that it would make the shot look different and unique which is what
I want my magazine to be like. The reason for me liking the spiral staircase is
that I think it gives the image an almost artistic touch. This links with the
fact of making the image look unique but also gives it a professional, presentable look.
Clothes and Accessories
This first accessory is a snapback. This is already quite
commonly worn by a lot of rappers in the hip-hop
industry. This is quite a stylish alternative to other
accessories as it has become an almost popular trend.
These black jeans will definitely play a key part
in the image as I am planning to take a long shot
of my model and a long shot covers the subject
from head to toe. They will also compliment the
outfit and the fashion style I'm trying to achieve.
These Nike shoes are extremely popular not just
among rappers, but young people in general.
These are clearly a fashionable item which will
hopefully boost the appeal of the magazine
as the young people will understand the fashion
and trends involved.
Similar to the black skinny jeans,
I am hoping that this jumper will
compliment the outfit chosen. This
is due to the fact that I believe this
to be quite a stylish, trendy
alternative to some other types
of clothing.
This watch is one of the
only pieces of
jewellery I am planning
for my model to wear. This
is due to the increased
popularity of watches and
the subtlety of there
style and trend.

  • 5. Locations I felt that this was a good location to use because of two things, the shadow and the spiral staircase. The reason for the shadow is that it would make the shot look different and unique which is what I want my magazine to be like. The reason for me liking the spiral staircase is that I think it gives the image an almost artistic touch. This links with the fact of making the image look unique but also gives it a professional, presentable look.
  • 6. Clothes and Accessories This first accessory is a snapback. This is already quite commonly worn by a lot of rappers in the hip-hop industry. This is quite a stylish alternative to other accessories as it has become an almost popular trend. These black jeans will definitely play a key part in the image as I am planning to take a long shot of my model and a long shot covers the subject from head to toe. They will also compliment the outfit and the fashion style I'm trying to achieve. These Nike shoes are extremely popular not just among rappers, but young people in general. These are clearly a fashionable item which will hopefully boost the appeal of the magazine as the young people will understand the fashion and trends involved. Similar to the black skinny jeans, I am hoping that this jumper will compliment the outfit chosen. This is due to the fact that I believe this to be quite a stylish, trendy alternative to some other types of clothing. This watch is one of the only pieces of jewellery I am planning for my model to wear. This is due to the increased popularity of watches and the subtlety of there style and trend.
