J Doom is a hip-hop artist from Detroit who was introduced to music by his DJ father. Some of his musical heroes include The Notorious B.I.G., 2Pac, NWA, J Cole and Drake. He started rapping at a local club when he was 18 and then moved to New York to pursue his dream. J Cole heard his demo and invited him on tour.
