ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

Non-Financial Information and Firm Risk Non-Financial Information and Firm RiskAJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: This research aims to examine how ESG disclosure and risk disclosure affect the total risk of
companies. Using cross section data from 355 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, data regarding
ESG disclosure and risk was collected. In this research, ESG and risk disclosures are measured based on content
analysis using GRI 4 guidelines for ESG disclosures and COSO ERM for risk disclosures. Using multiple
regression, it is concluded that only risk disclosure can reduce the company's total risk, while ESG disclosure
cannot affect the company's total risk. This shows that only risk disclosure is relevant in determining a
company's total risk.

The Challenges of Good Governance and Project Implementation in Nigeria: A Re...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT : This study reveals that systemic corruption and other factors including poor leadership,
leadership recruitment processes, ethnic and regional politics, tribalism and mediocrity, poor planning, and
variation of project design have been the causative factors that undermine projects implementation in postindependence African states, particularly in Nigeria. The study, thus, argued that successive governments of
African states, using Nigeria as a case study, have been deeply engrossed in this obnoxious practice that has
undermined infrastructure sector development as well as enthroned impoverishment and mass poverty in these
African countries. This study, therefore, is posed to examine the similarities in causative factors, effects and
consequences of corruption and how it affects governance, projects implementation and national growth. To
achieve this, the study adopted historical research design which is qualitative and explorative in nature. The
study among others suggests that the governments of developing countries should shun corruption and other
forms of obnoxious practices in order to operate effective and efficient systems that promote good governance
and ensure there is adequate projects implementation which are the attributes of a responsible government and
good leadership. Policy makers should also prioritize policy objectives and competence to ensure that policies
are fully implemented within stipulated time frame.

Exploring Factors Affecting the Success of TVET-Industry Partnership: A Case ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to explore factors affecting the success of TVET-industry
partnerships. A case study design of the qualitative research method was used to achieve this objective. For the
study, one polytechnic college of Oromia regional state, and two industries were purposively selected. From the
sample polytechnic college and industries, a total of 17 sample respondents were selected. Out of 17
respondents, 10 respondents were selected using the snowball sampling method, and the rest 7 respondents were
selected using the purposive sampling technique. The qualitative data were collected through an in-depth
interview and document analysis. The data were analyzed using thematic approaches. The findings revealed that
TVET-industry partnerships were found weak. Lack of key stakeholder‟s awareness shortage of improved
training equipment and machines in polytechnic colleges, absence of trainee health insurance policy, lack of
incentive mechanisms for private industries, lack of employer industries involvement in designing and
developing occupational standards, and preparation of curriculum were some of the impediments of TVETindustry partnership. Based on the findings it was recommended that the Oromia TVET bureau in collaboration
with other relevant concerned regional authorities and TVET colleges, set new strategies for creating strong
awareness for industries, companies, and other relevant stakeholders on the purpose and advantages of
implementing successful TVET-industry partnership. Finally, the Oromia regional government in collaboration
with the TVET bureau needs to create policy-supported incentive strategies such as giving occasional privileges
of duty-free import, tax reduction, and regional government recognition awards based on the level of partnership
contribution to TVET institutions in promoting TVET-industry partnership.

2. VOX INTERVIEW
How old are you?
I am 16 years old.
What genre of music are you interested in?
Rock.
What do you do in your spare time?
I go shopping.
How often do you go to live gigs?
Not very rarely.
Where do you usually shop?
New look.
What is your preferred music shop?
Banks in York.
Describe your fashion style.
Casual.
What do you use the internet for?
Social networking sites.
This interview I did was to get a snippet of
information from the types of readers people
who are interested in the genres which will be
included in my magazine. It gives the
information to know what kind of extras like
shopping and styling advice to do with the
celebrities included in the magazine, by knowing
where majority of my audience will be shopping,
so I then know about prices etc… It lets me
know the average of the ages and other little
pieces of information about my audience.

4. STYLE SHEET
I have chosen to use this font as it is bold, so it stands
out, but it is also quite different so makes it unique for
my magazine. I have found that the line coming from
the ‘M’ could link quite well with a guitar string. I like
the second font more than the first because of the capital
‘S’, this makes it look quite different and unique. I will
also add a logo to the gap in the title of the magazine.
This font may be a musical note or something very
musical. It is quite a sharp font which links in with the
ones from NME and Kerrang!
This is the colours scheme I would like to use
because my audience research evaluated that
mainly females were interested in my magazine
with a few males, therefore I wanted to use a
subtle approach to this making it mixed genre. I
did this using a mixture of pastille but also deep
colours, to contrast with this. The black colours
are mainly for the text in the magazine as I want
it to be one of the boldest parts, and will be easy
to use, therefore will read even over the deep
blue.

5. STYLE SHEET-PICTURES
I have chosen looking at these photos, that my magazine will include more images and information on band and groups together. And the image of Two Door Cinema Club, I
would like to use in a double page, but using my own version of the image as it includes four different sections, which means I am able to incorporate four several bits to this one
article, using ¼ of the image as text, but the other three using perhaps titles and one blank. All these images include a certain prop and I want to show that these are a band by
having them holding something musically connected to their style of music, perhaps acoustic or electric guitars, drums, or the instrument that they use. Looking at the image of
Arctic Monkeys in the bottom right I want to have a group in a querky and different place, like the woods and have them on the cover of the magazine. I want them to have
contrasting colours to what I want in my magazine, for instance the pastille colours, but quite a lot of grey and blue, as the blue is eye striking. I want to link this colour scheme
in with the image of the wombats, as they are very contrasting.
6. PICTURE ANALYSIS
I want to use this image, because it is a good template for a double page spread. I think this because it is
split into four separate sections, so the first and second section could still include the image of two of the
members but one of them will include the name of the band in. This makes the image easy to put as a half
way mark and the blank part of the image is a good indicator of where the text will be put. I want to use
an instrument or some sort of prop like this as it shows well that these people are part of a band together. I
would like to have the drum or instrument as a colour to link in with my colour scheme for my magazine,
so one have the instrument in colour and the rest in black and white. This was my favourite image to use
as a double page spread as it is an interesting shot, and makes the band look quite qwerky and different. It
doesn’t look too professional but looks very natural. I would take this image in a studio so that I could
make people have the same lighting on them, but also so that I can have a background with one colour,
therefore when I am taking the several images separately it is easy to place them together in one. I want to
make sure each member of the band is doing a different action but looking quite natural and too posed.
These two images are ones which I would like to influence from towards my
front cover. I have chosen the Arctic Monkeys one because I would like the
front cover setting to be somewhere outside perhaps in some woods, and I have
chosen The 1975 image because I like the way they are postured and how they
look. I like the sparks/lights in the front of the image and how it looks natural.
Although these images are male I would like to use female artists as it gives
variety towards my magazine, as many bands are male, I would like the
magazine to look different and unique and show some different talent. I think
this because a lot of front covers include male role models for bands, but often
there are a few good female bands.
7. FRONT COVER
In my front cover I would preferably like to use something will attract members of
the audience, from both genders, I have decided because it then gives me more
diversity of how I would like to design the magazine aswell, for instance neutral
colours for the main headline and design layout of the magazine will attract people of
many ages, and both males and females. Using a male as the front cover could entice
the females who are into music more because they will look at it from a gaze. It will
also attract towards a male audience because, of the music element to the magazine,
therefore engages them to want to look at this magazine. Because it is a male they
could see the person on the front cover as more of a role model, or inspiration to
perhaps make them want to also get into music. But if the male on the front is a
young artist many members of the teenage audience could relate to him. As I want
the artist to be on the streets the audience could also see this as him wanting to get
somewhere and be someone better. I have chosen that to promote himself as being an
actual artist by busking will be a good way of appealing to an audience as well, as
then he is mid-way playing and this could show to the audience because of the
passion in their eyes.
8. DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD
Originally I wanted to make a double page spread using four images of the people in the bands. I wanted the images to
look very natural compared to the front cover image of being performed and on stage. But then I realised that this would
be quite a difficult task due to getting four separate images in to one whole one. Instead I have decided I also want to
make the article more personal for my audience, because then they can relate more, and get feelings coming from the
article. The best way of doing this would be writing an article on one person and making it a lot more personal, and in
detail rather than doing an interview with a few people from a band. The page for this would be still sectioned into three
separate parts and two quarter sections will be used up of an image, this will borderline the two sections where the text
will go. Almost spread into four sections like the magazine below. Although my double page spread will be set out a lot
differently to the one below.

9. CONTENTS PAGE
For my contents I want to include images which will illustrate what is in included in the magazine, this is because it
gives more of a direction towards the audience of what they may want to see in the magazine, and they also can see
which pages they may or may not want to go to. Next to the images will be a large number which will let them know
what page this certain story, etc.. Is on. There will be a small description of some of the bigger stories, including on the
contents and most of these will link to the pictures of artists which are also on the contents page. This will then give a
small insight in to some of the most interesting and appealing stories. Having a few quotes will also help to illustrate the
contents page a bit more and attract more of an audience, as it will be one of the more eye opening quotes from the
stories, as then it makes them want to read the story a lot more than previously. This magazine contents shows clear
indication and is a good template of what my contents page could look like and therefore I will be using this as
inspiration.
