1) The designer plans to use small cans to allow for more detailed designs rather than filling empty space on larger cans. 2) Images of athletes or silhouettes may be included to attract sponsorship from companies interested in sporting events, as energy drinks often sponsor such events. 3) The designer will use orange, blue, black, and light silver color schemes, which are typical of existing Irn Bru products, to maintain a professional house style across products.

1)For my can designs I am wanting to use design them on a the small cans as I believe that I
would be able to work on more detailing with the smaller spacing instead of having to worry
about filling in the empty spacing of the cans.
2) I may include images in my products; the images that I am most likely to include in my
products are athletics photos whether this may be actual images of athletes or just
silhouettes. The reason that I think that these kind of images would be appropriate for my
product is because energy drinks are known to be sponsoring large sporting events so by
including some sporting images on my product it may attract companies that are looking for
sponsorships which will increase the publicity of my product.
3)The colour schemes that I am planning to use for my products are orange (light dark),
blue (light dark), black and light silver. I choose these colours because these are the main
colours that are used in previous Irn Bru products and by keeping the house styling features
the same it will allow my end result to look professional.
4)The effects that I am most likely to be using in the my designing process of the can is
messing around with is most likely to be the overlay filters as I don't want any of the
background feature looking like banners as I want the background colour to shine through
any extra layers I choose to add on my product.
5)For my products I am wanting to us a font that will be bold and readable an attention
grabbing so that it will be able to become the main feature of the products, my intentions are
to use the same font for all the products so that I can remain a house styling between them
so that all the products together will look professional. The colour that I may be using for
my font may be black or dark navy blue depending on what background colour I will be
using.
