• On Tuesday Morning ,staff in IT
department arrived on duty and are
starting their work.
• There are 3 staff on duty and when
one of them on the main switch for PC
he notice fire on the adapters.
• There are 8 computers and Numerous
files and important documents in the
office.

4. Questions to be asked
• What will be your first step once you see the fire?
• Will you inform someone? Or try to extinguish fire by yourself?
• If you want to inform anyone whom will you inform?
• Are you trained in using a fire extinguisher?
• Members at PA system- when you receive such information what do you do?
• How would the Fire safety department respond to such scenario?
• When will be the fire officer , Security Officer, Medical Superintendent & Manager
Administration, Manager Facility and Head of Support Services informed about fire
emergency.
• What will be first step after reaching the location of fire.
• How will be the evacuation for staff from location?
• How will you stop further damage to property.
• Will the Power cut off done in the affected area.
• What could be possible damage that you speculate with this type of fire and would you
prevent it?
