Basic Fundamental Skills
1. Grip: The grip is the most important aspect of
table tennis. The most common grips are shakehand
grip and penhold grip.
Shakehand: Placing your index finger on the rubber
back of the ping pong paddle.
Penhold: Grips the paddle in a similar way to how
you would hold a pen when writing, by curling the
ring and fourth finger back.

2. Stance: A good stance will help
you maintain your balance and allow
you to move quickly in any direction.
You should stand with your feet
shoulder-width apart and knees
slightly bent.

up straight , from a flat palm , at least
