Anche scrivere in rete con un linguaggio fresco e naturale – che sappia farsi ascoltare – ha pochissimo a che fare con l'improvvisazione e l'immediatezza del parlato e moltissimo con il rigore della costruzione e della progettazione. Un rigore che negli spazi ristretti degli schermi è fatto di equilibri sottili tra ascolto e visione, informazioni ed emozioni, immagini e parole. L'intervento getterà un po' di luce sul "messy work" che c'è dietro (per dirla con un filosofo del linguaggio che sarà molto citato) ma che i nostri utenti non vedranno mai. Loro, se avremo lavorato bene, ascolteranno solo una voce naturale e credibile.
