The document provides instructions for configuring a system for remote access in 5 steps: 1) Check the system settings and network connections, 2) Configure the network IP and settings, 3) Create user accounts, 4) Enable remote desktop connections, and 5) Change remote security settings. Finally, the software is installed and patched on the server to allow multi-user access from client systems remotely. Proper IP addressing and matching user accounts are required to successfully connect from client to server.

First Step : System Configuration And Settings
Make sure your operating system is in good order and virus are not on the operating system
 Check system configuration and the bit of the operating system
 The ram ,the hard disk size and the bit of operating system . 32bit or 64bit

2.  Then turn of window farewell, both public and private network
 Navigate and right click on the network icon and open network and sharing center
 Click change adapter settings
 Right click on local area network connection
 Click status or properties

 Check the ipv4 address 192.168…………
 Observe the gateway ipv4 192.168.1.1
 Ipv4 DNS Sever must correspond with gateway address

 Double Click ipv4 internet protocol
 Click on use following ip address
 Enter the ip of your choice
 E-g 192.168.1.160,sub mark ..255.255.255.0,Default Gateway..192.168.1.1 DNS

Third Step :Creation Of Sub-Client Account

 Navigate and click manage
 Click local users and group
 Click user
 From the user environment right click and select new user
 Enter username e-g user 1
 Enter password of your choice
 Unclick the active cell and select password never expires cell
 Click create
 Close the page

6. Step Four : Remote DesktopConnection
 Right click on computer
 Click property
 Click remote setting
 Allow connection from computer running remote desktop connection (less secure)
 Click on Select user
 Click add
 Click advance
 Click find now to add all the created accounts
 Scroll down to locate the created users
 Click and add it up
 Click ok and ok

7. Step Five: Remote Security Change Settings
 Click window R’ on keyboard
 Type in gpedit.msc
 Click ok
 Click administrative template
 Click window component
 Scroll down and click remote desktop service
 Click remote desktop session host
 Click security
 Click require user authentication for remote connection by using ………….
 Click disable
 Click ok
 Click require use for specific security layer for remote (RDP)
 Click enable
 Click ok

8.  Close the page
 Turn off antivirus software

 Open client CD
 Open EN

 Open software multi user
 Open IPC
 Select Os install on server e.g win 7
 Click win 7 registration entries
 Click yes
 Click ok
 Scroll down and click win 7 mu
 Click patch
 Click ok
 Click no
 Click close

Therefore, installer should move to the client configuration by setting the date and
time and further to create a username as created on the server .
Enter valid IP address which will not create a conflict with another system and click
save and turn off the tin client and turn on again and connect .
