SWOT Analysis means,
To determine the inner potential and the capabilities
of one’s organization ,once you’ve undertaken the
complete research of your organization followed by
inside and outside environment.
This helps in utilizing your resources of the
organization to certain extent.

Strength is the inner energy to perform and face any difficulties
that comes as a hurdle in your way.
Strength is a state of mind that drives you to handle a particular
situation
Strength can be mental and physical.
