 Working with Preferred, Screened Vendors who welcomes OPT-EAD Candidates
profiles.
 Sourcing the profiles and submitting them as per the given requirement.
 Strong relationship with clients/partners and a consistent track record of
achieving business through them.
 Sourcing on different Job Portals like (Dice, TechFetch, and Carrier Builder) for
different positions to get the resumes of the candidates.
 Mass mailing to vendors regarding position and getting the candidate resumes
like Mail Chimp.
 Working on different tax structures of US (full time, Corp-To-Corp).
 Experience in understanding client job requirements and identifying avenues to
find and search suitable candidates.
 Expert Understanding of visa related issues and tax terms and contracting
processes such as H1-B, EAD, OPT, TN, etc. and tax terms C2C (Corp-Corp), 1099,
W2 hourly, W2 employee (Salaried and percentage) and immigration process.
 Scheduling the interviews and follow up with them and maintaining a pipeline of
candidate’s interviews.
 Develop strong client and candidate relationships and maintain communication
with 0both.
 High level of proficiency with MS Office, MS Word and Excel software.
 Exploring all the requirements in US by getting connected with many Vendors
through hotlist.
 Negotiating the rates while submitting resumes to vendors and giving feedbacks

 Marketing the resumes of bench CPT, OPT, H1, GC Consultants for various
positions available in the market.
 Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a
periodical basis.
 Responsibilities include calling on candidates and prime vendors, presenting
consultants, negotiating & finalizing contracts.
 Keep track of candidate arrival to bench (at least 2 weeks before) and getting
their updated resume ready to market.
 Posting candidates resumes on major job boards and updating them regularly.
 Searching on job sites (dice, monster, career builder) to find suitable positions
for existing consultants and communicate vendors through phone & mails.
 Initiating new vendor contacts and maintaining existing contacts.
 Calling existing clients/ vendors on regular basis for requirements and to develop

existing consultants doesn't fit the position.
