3. Operations
• Managed a workforce of 90 Workmen, 4 Technical Staff and 2 Executives; handled a plant with a
production capacity of 850 MT/month & monthly sale of nearly INR 1 crore.
• Successfully managed and implemented Quality Management Systems like ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and
ISO 18000, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing; initiated and implemented In-house Process Quality
(IPQ) in Stamping Division through Six Sigma ideologies.
Manufacturing to meet or exceed annual budget in terms of quantity, quality & delivery through
engineering, support services, waste reduction, manpower utilization & process cost control.
• Ensure productivity as per CGPS; Man, machine & material planning for optimum utilization using
flexibility & skill monitoring.

Utilization, Manpower Productivity by regular Monitoring (PDCA Cycle), Tool History Cards,
Enhancing High Speed Machine Cell capacity by engineering inputs, Relayout of plant considering
unidirectional flow of material, reduction in tool change over time to make the factory a JIT factory.

• Developed preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance system to reduce loss of machine
hours due to breakdowns.
