 Take corrective actions where and when needed in matters of factory Operations
 To have complete charge of Gate entry to Gate exit including material planning and
inventory control

high quality, and cost effective range of products and services.
 Implement cost reduction measures.
 Ensure optimal production efficiency and design and implement advanced industrial
techniques to be used for various manufacturing processes.
 To contribute the raising of the overall professionalism in the factory.
 New Product development from drawing board to Market. Handled export orders like
USA, China, Brazil, Canada, UAE etc.
 Develop and communicate the factory strategies for all Departments under management.
 Manage staff responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities.
 Provide direction and guidance necessary to ensure efficient and cost effective business
operations, within annually approved operating and capital budgets.

2.  Prepare short and medium term plans for operations and production to meet the
given factory objectives.
 Manage the preventive maintenance system for machinery, tools, vehicles, and
other assets of the factory.
 Assure adequate supply of raw materials and produce quality products in a timely
and effective manner.
 To monitor customer satisfaction levels in terms of product quality and speed of
delivery.
 Will be able to run and implement ERP in the plant and can be catalyst to
implement required module like Material management , Engineering , stores
distribution module etc. and have fair knowledge of costing , account receivable
and account payable module and it’s integration with each other.
 Project management, have thorough knowledge of issue, problem and solution
for continuous line production , achieve yearly production target levels.
 Production planning for the conduct of manufacturing in its complete production
cycle; Order placement, Engineering and Design, Production, and Quality control.

 Using oracle base system for order placing on Ingersoll rand intranet.
 Complete running of warehouse management
 Implemented complete Ware house at Bhiwandi (Mumbai) thru out side agency “ Expeditor”(Outside
Ingersoll Rand plant)
