What is Leadership?
 Researchers hardly agree upon a single
  definition of leadership.
 “A process of influencing an organized group
 toward accomplishing its goals” (Hughes et al.
 2002, p. 7). Burchard (2011) defines it as “the
 process of leaders and collaborators coming
 together through an influence relationship and
 seeking envisioned changes that reflect their
 mutual purposes” (p.43)
Styles of Leadership
Student Leadership
 Cynthia (1998) defines student leadership as
  preparing all students to become thinking, productive
  and caring citizens.
 Hawkins (2002), Lambert (2003) and Alexander and
  Sandel (2003) also define student leadership as the
  voice of the students (in school affairs) in order to
  make a difference.
Roles and responsibilities
 In functions
       take the responsibility of maintain Discipline
 In class room
       No Noise in absence of Teacher
       Bring teacher in class
       Inform Head Teacher
       Inform about bunkers to class teachers
 In Assembly
       Bring students in queues from class
       Maintain discipline
       Side late comers
 In School
       Look after the assets of school
       Look after the cleanliness of school
       Maintain the general Attendance board

 Be Proactive
 Always ready to say yes
 Begin with end in mind
