Unfortunately Kinetics went into administration.
At Kinetics group I Managed a repair and maintenance contracts and Heating Upgrades for social
housing and private clients. Managing a team of 14 engineers, 1 parts manager and 3 office staff. An
intense and fast paced role as prices, budgets and processes regularly change.
Duties included:
• Ensuring engineers are kept productive throughout the day and also looking at future dates to
ensure the correct balance of workload to meet forecasts.
• Cost out invoices and manage payroll of the engineers.
• My team had several key performance indicators that were tracked on a weekly basis.
• Ensuring my team had the tools and training required to carry out their role effectively
• Regular meetings with the clients to review the programme of works.
• Worked to a budget for each contract.
M-Pass Heating / Gasworx Heating LTD. - Manager Aug 2007 – Jan 2011
Backed by a sister company I started Gasworx from scratch managing a team of up to 12 engineers and
1 office based clerk.
Duties included:
• Started a heating company from scratch and built a client base.
• Acquired an Eaga contract leading to regular work at an average cost of over £2000.00 per job.
• Kept 9 engineers busy by selling heating systems and upgrades to private customers and larger
companies such as British Gas, SPI, Morrisons, and Parker Lake Homes.
• Run and advertising campaign to attract more business.
• Run all aspects of the company including unit bills, invoicing, payroll, hiring and firing.
• From scratch to our third year we achieved our turnover reached £375,000.
Dodd Group. Contract Supervisor Aug 2005 – Aug 2007
Duties included:
• Took over a contract of ten jobs per week and took Dodd’s from last to best contractor on site
within 3 months.
• Cost out invoices and manage payroll of the engineers.
• Plan, survey and implement work.
• Ensure work ran smoothly and had regular meetings with engineers and sub contractors.
• Helped win two other contracts which I ran leading to organising 23 engineers and supervisors
on 3 different sites.

• Surveyed for heating installs and upgrade work.
• Pre and post inspections of work from contractors.
