part of the UK Higher Education sector, it is undergoing a period of substantial change. To help the Business
respond and be ready to these challenges, as part of the Business Performance Improvement team, I am
tasked with working with partners throughout the organisation to identify opportunities for change and to
deliver efficiencies. This work includes:
 Working with business partners to develop change strategy roads maps and implementation plans.
 Undertaking business process and performance review work to identify scope for improvement and
efficiency.
 Reviewing and following-up these business change initiatives to ensure successful delivery
 Producing Business Process documentation, and written and verbal reports to project stakeholders
and Management.

Personal Interests
I enjoy watching and helping to run Motor Sport events and have a special interest in Classic Minis. I am
currently researching my Family History, and for exercise I enjoy walking, cycling and I play the occasional
game of squash.
I am currently the secretary/treasurer of the Newborough Youth centre, which provides a drop-in type
environment for young adults in my local area.
