I am a highly capable, logically minded carpenter with over 12 years’ experience. I perform well in
both fast-paced situations, as part of a team and individually in problem solving environments’,
while always adhering to regulations. I have a high degree of flexibility and experience with
maintenance, warehousing, sales, Welding (MIG & MMA), Green energy and supervision &
management for both staff and the public. I have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills,

St. Laurence Cheshire Services – Maintenance Technician 2013 - 2015
Cheshire Ireland provides support services to people with physical and neurological conditions, in
residential centres, supported accommodation and in respite facilities. I worked independently and
alongside another maintenance technician to maintain the home and facilities.
Duties included –
 Organising and prioritising daily workload;
 Maintaining the home, adjoining bungalow and nine apartments, this included the renovation of
offices, modification of structures and modernisation of resident’s rooms to comply with HIQA
Regulations;
 Using business acumen and network to secure discounts for the home, for example, I obtained a
20% - 40% off in building materials and savings of 75% in ink and toner products.
InkCart Ltd - Sales Advisor and Warehouse Operator 2012 - 2013
InkCart Ltd is an online company that sells ink and toner products for wide variety of printers.
Duties included –
 Generating new customer relationships; I successfully connected with 70 new clients who became
repeat customers;
 Maintaining existing client relationships; keeping clients informed of current and upcoming
offers;
 Working efficiently and effectively to a high standard;
 Management, maintenance and modification of the company website using Magento;
 Using initiative to boost productivity, for example, I re-organised the warehouse to allow for faster
acquisition of products.
Kartworld Adventure centre – Track Marshall and supervisor 2001 - 2005
Duties included –
 Track supervision with strict adherence to safety and regulations
 Supervision of work force, ensuring good staff moral and good customer relations
 Performed safety briefings for all customers in groups ranging from 2 – 30 customers
 Used initiative to increase worker’s efficiency, reduced down time for staff and ensure all workload
was completed before the end of the day.
