*Making sure employees were making quota on rubber, helping assist when machine had issues, coaching and
training when needed, working with Union Steward to address issues. Monitoring spreadsheets to see hourly
production to stay on track, quality checks throughout the shift to ensure product meets safety guidelines.
Complying to OSHA regulations and making sure all employees were as well. Started on production line of hightable
operator, spliced rubber together to build inside of tire. Had to meet hourly quota and comply with all policy and
procedures.
