This document outlines a situation where a senior delivery leader in a consulting firm was facing challenges influencing sales leadership and managing conflicts between delivery and sales teams. [The leader] underwent an assessment to gain insights into [their] leadership style and areas for development. Goals were then set to improve alignment between leadership teams, increase [the leader's] influence over decisions, and enhance direct reports' leadership abilities. Through coaching, [the leader] focused on developing collaborative conflict management, empowering [the] team, and managing [their] own work-life balance.
