Strategic Outcomes

Task 1– 6mins per group (18 mins) – Complete the OUTCOMES column
Look at the Strategic Intents and ask yourselves:
What will this look like? – The outcomes
Be as detailed and specific as possible – talk about what teachers, students will do; what will be happening;
how staff/students will behave/interact
EXAMPLE: There will be a clear and transparent set of procedures across all key stages so that all staff can
provide an outstanding learning environment for all students. – Staff will apply policies with consistency
across departments and key stages. Leadership will meticulously track the application of such policies and
offer support in the implementation.

What evidence will there be that you have achieved the outcomes: hard/soft – The impact
Be as detailed and specific as possible - Think about practice, data, culture – the source/type
of measure/evidence
EXAMPLE: Staff will apply policies with consistency across departments and key stages.
Leadership will meticulously track the application of such policies and offer support in the
implementation. Lesson Exclusion records, pupil surveys, lesson observations, learning
walks, ATL grades, ethos outside of lessons, complaints, etc
