- 2. STATIC PERSONALITY Static personalityis a worst quality that a man can have because, it is the reason behind our defeat at any point of our success. It holds our way of thinking and not letting new ideas and ways to come out. Dynamic personality is a key to success. It helps us to participate and create new ways and ideas. It can help us to become all rounder and also helps us to become team worker.

QUALITIES OF STATICIDENTITY • It is related to gain power and position • And is satisfied with past achievements QUALITIES OF DYNAMIC IDENTITY • It is related to gain to serve the society and make changes to it for betterment of life. • It is related to keeping one updated and gain knowledge with time. • He doesn’t get frustrated with his failure and learn from his mistakes. • Most important thing that he should possess flexibility. I love my subject. I need to do a more research on subject to solve the new challenges in the field. I got gold medal in my subject what else I need in my future??
- 4. Counter with DYNAMICPERSONALITY My cousin faced great difficulties during his college time due some family as well as financial problems. His father asked him to help him in his work and help him out financially but as he wanted to study more and serve society so he decided to continue his college. The thing which impressed me was that he also helped his father by trying to save time from his extra activities. And now he has secured good position and works for government to serve the society. So according to me my father possess dynamic identity.

- #3 Static personality actually stops the further development of a person. It also the reason behind loss or defeat in our life. Whereas dynamic personality helps us in achieving success not jus to us but also to other who are engaged with us in our work. Here we have two examples of static and dynamic personality. First figure shows that the person is arrogant. He thinks that he has a power to control 100 people so he can rule the world. While in 2nd figure we can see that he is very responsible person and likes to serve for society.
- #4 Static identity is just to satisfy our personal needs. It is jus to gain power and positon. Moreover people possessing this type of personality doesn’t believe in developing future and getting success again in the field Whereas people possessing dynamic identity thinks for society and then for themselves. This type of persons also believes in keeping them updated and like to walk with time.
- #5 Here we can see that, my cousin was in a great problem but still he faced and had taken out solution for it. Actually here, according to me he possess all the qualities that a person having dynamic personality should have like he is hard worker capable of facing problem and taking out solution for it. Moreover beside having this type of problems he is interested in serving the society. So he is one of the example of dynamic identity.
