There is response to this question in the text, but I can explain my thought. When we buy a coffee at
Starbucks we don't buy only a coffee but also a corporate images, a service, a way of thinking and
living. Starbucks create its own environment, brand value. It represents the premium coffee. There is
not only coffee, even if it is the Starbucks's specialty. Also, there is breakfast, drink, gift card, candy,
lunch, and all spin–off products (derivative product or tie–in merchandise). The atmospheres of the
place are a huge factor in the Starbucks experience. They want us to be the first and the most
luxurious coffee.
To respond to Americans and Europeans' increasing concern for the environment, Starbucks adopted

The two theorists i've decided to compare and contrast are Karl Marx and Emile Durkheim. Firstly
i'll compare them to one another. From all the readings I did and past education on these individuals
I found they have a lot of the same views in regards to religion. Both Emlie Durkheim and Karl
Marx believe that religion is a projection of mans hopes and desires. They both also agree that
religion plays a powerful role in influencing the members of a society. While coming up with these
theories they were both more concerned with the human rather than the religion. Both of them did
not believe in a god or gods. It's been said that Marx saw god as idealization of human nature while
Durkheim believed the idea of a god was society itself. They were not religious people so it's
interesting that they did have some of the same views and theories regarding religion in the society.
The differences between them are pretty simple. As I was previously comparing their views on
religion I can continue that with talking about their differences in regards to religion, Marx argues
that religion oppresses the people in the society while Durkheim argues that religion unites the

The Master and Margarita is a novel by Mikhail Bulgakov that is set in the Russian city of Moscow
while Invisible Cities is a novel by Italo Calvino. Both novels share striking similarities but also do
share sharply contrasting approaches. Both books are fictional and have similar stylistic devices in
their description of events. Invisible Cities is a book that requires the reader to use extensively of his

Beijing is the capital of China and one of the most populous cities in the world. The current
population as of 2014 was over 21 million. The area of Beijing Metropolitan Area (BMA) is 16,410
square kilometers. According to land use dataset of Beijing Institute of City Planning, the total urban
area as of 2012 was 1,675 square kilometers. The BMA currently comprises 16 administrative
subdivisions, as presented in Figure 1.

Growing up in a very little town in Illinois was a lot different than growing up in Houston, Texas.
When I was in the fourth grade I found many things to have changed about my surroundings, I
