This study explored differences in teamwork quality and its effect on team performance between small and large agile projects. The researchers surveyed 64 agile teams (320 team members and leaders) from 31 small projects and 33 teams from large projects. They found that for small projects, team members and leaders believed teamwork quality primarily affected product quality. However, for large projects the relationship was positive when rated by members but negative when rated by leaders. At a finer level, the six dimensions of teamwork quality (communication, coordination, etc.) affected performance differently in small and large projects. This questions the extent findings from studies of teamwork in small projects apply to large projects.
This document presents a study that develops a model for evaluating the performance of virtual teams based on intelligent fuzzy rule and fuzzy signature methods. The study conducted an expert survey to develop a hierarchical set of 12 parameters across three categories (team, task, and interaction) to measure virtual team performance. These parameters were then used to analyze interaction data from three virtual software project teams. The results provide evidence that fuzzy analysis can be an effective tool for virtual project managers to improve leadership and evaluate team performance based on data from the virtual collaboration environment.

1) There was a positive and significant relationship between school principals' distributed leadership behaviors and teachers' organizational commitment.
2) School principals' distributed leadership behaviors significantly predicted teachers' organizational commitment.
3) Teachers' perceptions of their school principals' distributed leadership behaviors and their own organizational commitment were at moderate levels.
This document discusses the relationship between instructional leadership behaviors of high school principals and teachers' organizational commitment. It analyzes data collected from 441 teachers across 28 high schools in Istanbul, Turkey. The findings show that principals displayed instructional leadership behaviors most in setting and sharing school goals, and least in supporting and developing teachers. Teachers' organizational commitment was low in compliance but medium in identification and internalization. A negative correlation was found between principal behaviors and commitment in adaptation, while a positive correlation was found for identification and internalization. Establishing an organized instructional environment significantly predicted organizational commitment sub-dimensions.
