The document discusses Thailand's tourism industry and efforts to promote food safety. It describes how Thailand launched the "Amazing Thailand" campaign after its 1997 economic crisis to boost tourism. It also outlines Thailand's Clean Food Good Taste (CFGT) program created by the Ministry of Health to promote food safety and change perceptions of street food. The CFGT program trains street vendors and certifies those that meet sanitation standards to reassure tourists and increase visitor spending. Surveys found most Bangkok street vendors passed inspections, though tourists remained largely unaware of the program. The document argues experiencing local cuisine is important for understanding Thai culture, and street food vending also provides jobs and affordable food.

The evaluation identifies issues like low funding and recommends increasing resources, branding, identifying icons, and introducing tourism accounting to improve the sector. It concludes that beach tourism could generate jobs and exports if given proper attention and ecological balance is maintained.

The World Bank Group has recently published Part One of a ‘Tourism Concessioning Toolkit in Protected Areas’, authored by Anna Spenceley, Hermione Nevill, Carla Faustiano Coelho and Michelle Souto.
The work was led by the World Bank Group's Tourism and Competitiveness Global Practice, and the International Finance Corporation's Public-Private Partnership Transaction Advisory Department (C3P), drawing from experience in Mozambique, South Africa, and other parts of the world. This document sets out the stage and core principles to be taken into consideration when designing concessioning programs.
Overview:
Governments and Protected Areas Authorities are under increasing pressure to preserve the beauty and biodiversity of their beaches, parks, and pristine natural sites, while also growing tourism activity.
Tourism concessioning is one solution. Delivering successful tourism concessioning programs, however, is challenging and depends on the right mix of characteristics, technical expertise, and institutional experience.
The World Bank Group presents 14 key characteristics displayed in most successful tourism concessioning programs.

Problems Encountered by the Project Writers
The project writers encountered with many difficulties through doing this
project. The first problem was there are many accommodations at Mae
Ramphueng Beach, Rayong so we had to spend so much time for the list
collecting which delay the process of the project. Next, finding and asking each
accommodation about their service, we can call some accommodation to ask them
about the service that we will be given once we book the room but sue to the short
tome from when we spent to collected the list of accommodation, we have to
analysis the service of accommodation from website or internet alone which is
not as obvious as when we call the accommodation.
Suggestions
1. The next project about analysis of the type of accommodation and
service at Mae Ramphueng Beach, Rayong should collect the list of
accommodation in more specific area.
2. It should have the project that analysis the price of accommodation in
Rayong.
