Management of Account
SRS would propose to appoint a two tier structure as detailed below:
The first tier would consist of:
Steve Fudge-Adams - Account Executive
Responsibilities:
• To manage and facilitate the overall contract through the dedicated
Account Team to ensure that expectations are met and a consistent
service is delivered.
• To liaise with client personnel on a daily basis or as required.
• To provide statistical reports as required.
• To attend service review meetings as required.
• To develop a professional, honest and successful working relationship with
our client.
Management of Account
Continued
The second tier would consist of:
Natasha Bryant and Phil Wood -Account Coordinators
Responsibilities:
• To provide competent personnel in accordance with clients’ specific
requirements.
• To liaise with client personnel on a daily basis or as required.
• To liaise with operative’s on a regular basis to ensure job satisfaction.
• To communicate all feedback from operatives to eradicate any potential
problems.
• To ensure the smooth running of the contract on a daily basis.
• To develop a professional, honest and successful working relationship with
our client.
Account Manager
• All client accounts are overseen by the Branch
Manager Jamie Hughes.
• Responsibilities to monitor compliance and
service level agreements.
• To ensure an excellent SRS service is achieved.
