1. Delivery Consultant – Technology Division – London
My client has an established major accounts division and due to winning further accounts is now
looking for a Delivery Consultant to handle key requirements coming into the business across either
contract or permanent.
The role will work closely with divisional managers and account managers to ensure that you are
meeting both client sla’s as well as ensuring the highest levels of candidate experience within the
business.
The role will involve short listing prescreened candidates from job boards and advert response by
undertaking thorough telephone screening before inviting candidates to interview on site with you
and the client in the company’s head office in London.
Building exceptional candidate and client relationships is at the heart of this business and as such
they have been able to build a highly successful brand and further launch this internationally
undertaking work across Europe and Asia.
This is a non micro-managed environment and you will notice that the key focus is on quality rather
than quantity. They have chosen to specialise in key, niche technology markets where they have
been able to win exclusive and even retained business which means many of the roles you would
work would be on an exclusive basis.
What are they looking for?
• Ability to short list candidates against specific requirements with ERP, Development,
Infrastructure, Telecommunications or Senior Appointments
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment
• Able to build excellent relationships with candidates and have a track record of ensuring
strong candidate management
• Contract or permanent background is of interest
• Able to build excellent client relationships and ensure the process is effectively managed
with the client
What is on offer?
• £20,000 - £25,000
• Commission which goes up to 40%
