•   Candidate Registration
    Every candidate registered with us undergoes a stringent interview with one of
    our consultants. We will ensure that we know all that we possibly can about
    our candidates before you get to see their details. We aim to meet our
    permanent candidates and we reference our contractors at their previous sites
    where possible. You will never receive a CV without a candidates permission.

•   Preferred Choice Consultants
    All of our consultants have excellent recruitment backgrounds. You will never
    talk to a young, inexperienced trainee consultant at Preferred Choice because
    we don't have any. We take a long term approach to our staff development
    with ongoing training and qualification programs so you'll always get the best
    of service.

•   Consultancy
    Preferred Choice offer the full range of recruitment services for both
    permanent and contract staff including consultancy on recruitment issues such
    as benefits packages, interviewing, contract rates, and outsourcing. Our
    consultants can assist you in defining and creating an attractive specification.
The processes that work (contd.)
•   The Database
    Our consultants will conduct a database search before advertising your
    requirement. We have constant access to 10000+ candidates at all levels.
    Candidates that have not been contactable for over 3 months are archived.

•   Advertising Rates
    Every requirement will undergo a database search. Failing to have immediately
    available candidates, Preferred Choice advertise on related internet pages
    including trade press and hold open days for large recruitment projects which
    often involve joint paid advertising.

•   Benchmarking
    Benchmarking salaries and contract rates is a quarterly exercise that Preferred
    Choice use to manage the expectations of candidates in their given industry
    and Market place.

Service Levels
•   Preferred Choice Candidate Programme
    Whether Preferred Choice have placed a contractor or permanent candidate
    the candidate care program applies. Contractors will be called on a weekly
    basis. This is a crucial exercise as a happy contractor will see contracts
    through to duration and this is vital to the clients projects.

•   Client Relationship Manager
    Preferred Choice have a dedicated Client Relationship Manager. Our clients
    are contacted on a monthly basis to ensure that our candidates are fulfilling
    expectations. It is essential that our clients have a point of contact within
    Preferred Choice that they can call upon with any issues relating to
    candidates.
    Every company differs within their recruitment processes and Preferred Choice
    are flexible in providing bespoke solutions. Our Client relationship manager
    has experience in recruiting including interviewing, Outsourcing and
    Advertising, therefore your requirements are totally understood.

Failing to have immediately available candidates, Preferred Choice advertise on related internet pages including trade press and hold open days for large recruitment projects which often involve joint paid advertising. • Benchmarking Benchmarking salaries and contract rates is a quarterly exercise that Preferred Choice use to manage the expectations of candidates in their given industry and Market place.

Our clients are contacted on a monthly basis to ensure that our candidates are fulfilling expectations. It is essential that our clients have a point of contact within Preferred Choice that they can call upon with any issues relating to candidates.
