Public Speaking Occasion
     The nature of the occasion will obviously have a
     great bearing on your speech. The occasion will
     dictate :
1.   the content of your speech
2.   the duration
3.   the tone
4.   the expectations of your audience.
The theme of your speech
     The first step is to identify the single most
  important idea, theme or message you want to
convey in your speech. This message will likely be
   informed by the public speaking occasion you
                  identified earlier.
The Audience
The audience, of course, are a critical part of delivering
a speech. Your public speaking goal is to do one or
more of the following:
                Engage your audience
              Stimulate your audience
               Entertain your audience
           Pique your audience's interest
         Convey a message, theme or order
How to organize your
       speech

     Opening
       Body
      Closing
Opening
 The goal is to won the attention of the audience
1) greetings
2) Introducing your self
3) Give thanks to God and organization committee
4) Tell the audience your theme of speech
5) Make an interesting or controversial statement
6) Recite a relevant quotation or even recount a
   joke
Body
     The body of your speech will always be the largest
     part of your speech. At this point you should :
1)   Formulating a series of points that you would like to
     raise.
2)   The points should be organized
3)   Don't try to overwhelm your audience with countless
     points.
4)   Explanation and detail
Closing
1) Summarize the main points of your speech
2) Ask the audience to be upstanding
3) Leave your audience with positive
   memories of your speech
4) End with a final thought/emotion
