The test that will be uses is a one way ANOVA test. A one way ANOVA test involved the analysis of
the difference between means of three or more groups and the variance within the groups (Salkind,
2013). The research scenario is looking at the difference between three groups which are individuals

The culture at Pearson is still emerging post a significant reorganization and change in company
strategy in 2013. Roegies began at Pearson at the beginning of this restructuring. Her first actions
were to assess the changing landscape, and she quickly realized that Pearson s Higher Education
division is a complex system. Her job was to create a cohesive Program Management organization
that brought three groups together, and create smooth out the flow of work in a complex system. She
did this by organizing her Program Management department in focus areas that covered all aspects of
planning from strategic planning to detailed project planning. She used a similar model as Schloss
(2014) outlines to flow the planning and communication from strategy to project execution. This new
system paradigm brought structure to both strategic planning and links it to execution deliverables. As
Roegies analyzed, and then put into place, a system to manage the complex environment, she spend
the first three months meeting with leadership, her peers, and her new department leaders. She enlisted

Cassie Martin is the daughter of a famous star comedienne Abby Grant. Cassie doesn t really seem

life. This means that it was inherited by the choices others made, or just by luck. Basically, fate
determines Oedipus hubris and his hubris leads to hamartia, an element of fate. This connection
between his hubris and hamartia shows that what can make him a good leader goes downfall when it
becomes excessive. This is what Oedipus is blind to and does not realize. His pride that comes to
identify him and makes him a hero to everyone becomes too much and is the same thing that leads to
his downfall.
Oedipus character is set as a king who is considerate of his people, yet a man full of pride because of
his power to be everyone s savior during the plague. When addressing the plague, he refers to himself
as, I Oedipus whom all men call great (73.8). Not only does his words show how great Oedipus thinks
of himself, but his subjective tone emphasizes his ego right from the start. This portrays the status that
he thinks he holds in the eyes of all people, showing the readers his potential to excessive pride.
