 Upgrading of Existing Control Systems in FUP area, MAARefinery
FUP Scope covers replacing of existing DCS Honeywell TDC 2000 system in
Workstation from WS#1 to WS#5 with new Experion PKS DCS system
including C300 Controllers and Safety Manager shutdown System. The scope
is also includes WS-6 upgrade to the existing TPS Control panel to the latest
Experion TPS platform Control panel.

The function of the project is to replace the existing Hiway based system (EC,
DHP & PIU) by the new UCN based system (HPM) with the ability to perform
all plant process regulatory control, logic and monitoring functions in the same
existing manner from the existing TPN consoles located in the Central Control
Room (CCR) or in the Local Control Rooms (LCR’s).
