: A two different Section of Safe fixture is feed from one end. Safe Fixture Is of different Size i.e
29”,31”,41”,49”61”,69” . If two different sizes of fixture is feed then the fixture would be
rejected and would back roll the part with alarm. when fixture of same type is feed then both
the fixture would be clamped from both the hand and then it is transfer to the rotating station
where the fixture would be welded using robot from inner side and then the welded body is
lifted from the rotating station and then it is kept on the conveyor where it rotated number of
time and welded from inner and outer surface. The welded body is grinded and send to the
painting section for painting.

There were three different location were the rainfall was needed to be recorded so PLC at three different remote location was installed and a master plc was installed in the main control room. The data from the remote location was updated using the 2 different GSM sim card. Customer Name : GNFC, Bharuch Scope : PLC & SCADA Application Development & Commissioning Project Process : It was an power plant in which the residual or the byproduct of the boiler is taken far away place from the boiler and loaded in to the truck and taken to different place for further use. The system consists of two part wet ash system and dry ash system. Process : Automation of GSFMO GRAIN SILO Customer Name : GSFMO,SAUDI ARABIA Scope : PLC & SCADA Application Development & Commissioning Project Process : It is an silo plant where the grain are unloaded from the ship and then it is stock in the silo for the milling purpose. As it is an port the grain are unloaded in from the ship and then distributed to other plant in the Saudi Arabia. The plant was 30 years old so all the automation job from removing the panel to setting the new panel and programming of the PLC was done by me. The plain sheet is feed from one end and then it is passed through various hydraulic press and then it is welded using robot. After Welding The door Are Passed through the painting section. Process : A Project of Safe - Fixture in Godrej Customer Name : Godrej & Boyce, Vikroli, Mumbai Scope : PLC & HMI Application Development & Commissioning Project Process : A two different Section of Safe fixture is feed from one end. Safe Fixture Is of different Size i.e 29”,31”,41”,49”61”,69” . If two different sizes of fixture is feed then the fixture would be rejected and would back roll the part with alarm. when fixture of same type is feed then both the fixture would be clamped from both the hand and then it is transfer to the rotating station where the fixture would be welded using robot from inner side and then the welded body is lifted from the rotating station and then it is kept on the conveyor where it rotated number of time and welded from inner and outer surface.
