2.  Manage local engineers in the Philippines to install control equipment on large paper
machines. Analysis of production and process data showed a payback return on investment of 6
months, saving considerable money, energy, and raw resources.
 Extensive training arranged and conducted throughout SE Asia of Operators and Maintenance
Technicians.
 Complete all PLC logic programming (AB ControlLogix) for the control of a Final trim-shop for
GM, Shreveport, Louisiana. Commence start-up of equipment. Lead the Commissioning and set-
to-work of the Mechanical Handling process, control systems and networks (~ 30 PLCs).
