This presentation discusses solid waste management. It defines solid waste as unwanted solid materials generated from residential, industrial and commercial activities. Solid waste includes garbage, rubbish, demolition waste and more. The objectives of solid waste management are to reduce, reuse and recycle materials, generate energy, promote sustainable development and public health.
